“I will refer anyone to Carmen's over these two guys that are more famous. If you love gelato, they have it here. The Ice Cream is from from Giffords in Maine. A beautiful place to sit and they are definitely pet friendly and your wallet will be happy.“

“We had some great Starbucks coffees and avocado toasts.The maple pull apart were to die for. We should have gotten 2 orders per person.The girls helping us were very friendly and did a great job.We also were able to pick up some touristy souvenirs and some maple taffy.Ad they are also a general store they do have a selection of groceries and staple goods as well as a full fledged gift shop upstairs.And don’t forget about Carmine’s ice cream shop located at the same location.The Freighthouse market and cafe is well worth a visit when in Lyndonville.Vegetarian options: The avocado toast and maple pull aparts are vegetarian at least if not vegan they had hash browns and other pastries as wellParking: At least 25 parking spaces available also on street parking is ample throughout town“
