Finally! A place in New England that serves American style waffles! Fantastic tasting and a great staff! Pretty nifty gift shop where they have an area set up to convert Maple sap into Maple syrup. That was great to see.
My friend requested to go here for her birthday, so we drove up from Boston (about 2.5-3 hour drive). There was a wait but it ended up only being about 20 minutes. We were seated at the counter, and could see into the kitchen. I ordered the pumpkin pancakes, and my fiend ordered Pigs in a Blanket with gluten free pancakes. The pumpkin pancakes were delicious!
