Our third stop in and just like the other two you feel like family, the store has a country feel to the mom and pop atmosphere. I love checking out the beverage section and finding brands and flavors I have not seen! Plus when it's back in stock you can buy Erica's beef jerky here! Which happens to be Vermonts best beef jerky.
First, this business is NOT closed! The previous iteration of this convenience store, known as the Dam Store for a long time under a few different owners, WAS closed for about a year. The Dam Store is defunct, but the Frey's purchased it and renamed it to the current name. The owners and staff of Frey's Family Deli & Convenience are good people. The atmosphere is just like walking into a Diner! Friendly, clean local people wanting some good food for a quick lunch. Not a sit down place. Maybe someday?Parking is plentiful.The chicken salad from the deli is not your typical mushy chicken salad this one is shredded chicken! Ya gotta try it!
