Not sure what other reviews are talking about, Roger has been very friendly each time we’ve ordered. Milton Subway makes the best sandwiches, it’s always ready when I arrive after ordering on the app. Would go out of my way to pickup at this store vs others.
Didn't accept coupons I received in the mail in the same county. I was advised of the No Coupons policy when paying. Unfortunately, I didn't think of simply leaving and going elsewhere at this point. I did not see any signs saying No Coupons Accepted.Ordered roast beef sandwich. They have a meat slicer but already sliced roast beef from cooler went into my sandwich. No problem with subs typically but EVERY TIME without fail, when we order salad, it’s wrong. We’ve decided tonight was the last time we’ll ever get another one from them. Such a disappointment. Have tried calling to rectify the situations and let them know what’s gone on but ‘no one ever answers the phone.’ You wouldn’t care so much if you weren’t PAYING for it, especially additional items that are missed entirely. What a shame.
