Soooo gooood! Stopping at Moonscones was at the top of the list when I was in town visiting friends and fam in March and wow! This first-time-Moonsconer can’t wait to go back. The texture and pure flavors of Fern’s scones set them apart, and they keep those special attributes for days — yes! (Thanks too, Fern, for bringing new life to Shirley’s former digs!)
I haven't had a single mediocre experience with this wonderful business. From the first time I stumbled upon a scone at a work event to Valentine's Day Wendy makes the most wonderful baked goods I've had in a long time! Service that goes above & beyond with amazing goodies from local ingredients means you cannot go wrong. If you haven't tried moon scones before, what are you waiting for?!

Absolutely the best scones I have eaten. Baked to perfection, the scones were a golden brown with a flakey, buttery layered interior that just melted in my mouth. The marzipan scones were my favorite.
