I think it’s totally unacceptable for me to order online and come in to be asked to confirm my order number. I paid for my things I have never stolen anything in my life I would not walk into a place of business and steal anything. I will not be returning

Ordered on the app several times at this location, and we always get exactly what we ordered. Our food is always ready on time. Contrary to other reviews, we've had nothing but good experiences here. Parking is ample at this location too.

this is the absolute worst chipotle I’ve ever dined at. I have given it probably 5 to 6 chances. every single time I’ve been there, they have nothing ready. And what they do have ready is extremely old - like hours, and hours, old. The workers are arguing, and it’s understaffed. I would not eat here again if you paid me. I honestly think their corporate offices need to look into this location because it is so abysmally bad. It’s HORRIBLE.

Please someone inspect this location. This is absolutely unacceptable… no excuses. Especially when workers who were standing around doing nothing. One was actually eating, they picked up the cup on the ground and placed it on top of the garbage. Couldn’t believe it.

My wife and I have been coming to this chipotle for two years now. More often than not, we are extremely let down. You never know when they're going to be open or closed. Living 40 minutes away, it's the worst driving all the way here to find the doors locked during posted business hours. Also, they are ALWAYS out of ingredients. Be prepared for them to be out of queso, rice, certain meats, etc.The portions are an absolute joke. Today, I ordered double steak, and the employee filled one small plastic cup with steak and said it was double. I literally laughed and said nope you need to put another scoop at least. I then ordered guac and she put the smallest little dab of guac it barely covered the tip of the spoon she was using. I gave up and accepted it. The bill came out to $40 for a bowl and 3 tacos. Also, today the place was disgusting, the trash was overflowing, and all the employees were standing around not very busy. There were no utensils out either and when I asked for a fork I was handed one by the man at the register with his bare hand. I let him know they were out of utensils out front and nothing was done about it the entire time we sat and ate our food.Chipotle, please do something about this location. It is a sad representation of what used to be a decent brand.

This chipotle should be shut down. Took as long to serve 4 people ahead of us as it takes most chipotles to do 40. Once we got to the counter they were out of meat, and they were only preparing steak. This was at 5 pm on a Saturday.

Well this was one for the ages.... We were in Rutland doing some errands and furniture shopping. Rutland being the only larger type city/town in this part of Vermont has its fair share of places to eat. We chose Chipotle, what a horrible experience for me, my first visit to one. My wife and friends explained how to order. Everyone ordered. They were out of CHIPS? We asked if they were making more. We were told they were between shifts? They had no peppers and onions? There were 5 people working, nobody to cook chips or peppers and onions? Then we go to sit. Every table was disgusting, trash overflowing from the bins, crumbs and shaved cheese on all tables. No concern of this work crew. Then the kicker, my buddy asked for a soda after we had paid for the order, he pulled out a 5 for a 3 dollar soda. The kid working says " we don't have change..." For a 5? The place was busy, they didn't have 2 dollars? Never again, I would rather starve. It was a bad experience
Employees didn't seem to be knowledgeable about their food. Not as many options as I am used to. Definitely do not give the serving I am used to either. I will not go to this one in Rutland again.
