Very rarely get KFC but pretty disappointed. Staff don't know what they are doing, they run extremely slowly, and food was mediocre.Keep driving.

Crazily busy because of the eclipse crowd, understaffed, and not as well kept ad usual, kudos to the team that made the best of a chaotic Monday night dinner rush. The Colonel would be proud!

Rutland has the worst KFC, I've ever been to, customer service and employee attitudes are deplorable. Rude and disrespectful, service is slow, they don't know what they are doing make you wait for the food, waited 25 minutes in drive thru at the speaker and just asked what the issue is they got rude and told us to get out of the line and started cursing at us threatened violence, wanted to come outside and fight should have called the police, going to call the district Mgr or owner this individual should be fired this is intolerable never had this happen ever at a business worst restaurant experiance ever. Numerous times been out of chicken or other items on a daily basis seems too hard for them to figure out how to manage supply and demand at normal and daily rush hour times if they cant figure it out they shouldnt be in business and for the chicken if you could even call it that pieces have shrunk so much soon we will get cornish game hen pieces, and along with the sides and they get recycled from the day before so at times its not fresh, don't have honey packets, or backed beens and prices are so outrageous, the worst experiences every time we go. Don't recommend it to anyone even if you were starving, I'm totally done ill never go there again ! We need a real chicken place. Why couldn't this be a Popeyes way so much better KFC has gone so much down hill and gotten greedy, lazy badly trained if they even are to boot.

Wanted to treat my family to KFC - but none of our items were edible. The chicken tenders, Famous Bowls, biscuits & fries were saturated with lard and salt. Deadly amount of salt. The Pepsi wasn’t calibrated & tasted like carbonated sweet ‘n low. Save your money folks ?

I had the sweetest woman take my order today, 3/20/24, at lunch. She was very accommodating and kind. I don’t eat at KFC often but this was a very refreshing experience!Thank you ?

This place is always out of something ! Something important lol tenders one day and fries the next. I had to change my order twice while not being able to hear the person to well bc the speaker sucks then I paid 15 bucks for 8 nuggets drink and two mini sides but they charged for the 4 dips. If it was me I’d at least not charge for the dips ?‍♂️. Why do I still go!? Well bc it’s literally the only fast food chicken in town. I hate writing bad reviews but this place deserves all the bad reviews they get. Where is management !???

Placed an order using the app. Went to pick up the food and was told I don’t have your order. The snotty worker said to call the 1800 number despite me having the receipt on my phone with an order number. She clearly knew something was wrong with the ordering and didn’t care! She also told another customer she couldn’t eat in the dining room because it was closed. As far as I’m concerned this location is closed for good.

ABSOLUTELY USELESS PLACE! Stay away from, this one, just took 35 minutes for a simple drive thru order, we were the only people there at the time (11:00 to 11:35) PLACE IS CRAP PERIOD.

My grandson bought us KFC and I can say it was the worse I have ever had. They would only let him get crispy chicken in which we don’t care for. There wasn’t much chicken in the big wad of crispy chicken parts. I did enjoy the mashed potato and cole slaw. He also said they were quite rude to him, plus he said he had to wait a half an hour for service.
