The meatball and sausage were so good and fresh. Doesn't have that pre-made frozen taste. Great friendly service. Definitely getting the best bang for your buck.

This is one of the largest, best-tasting subs I've had in a long time. It was brought to me as a gift, so I haven't actually been in the Deli yet, but after this positive first experience, I definitely will visit soon.

Best sandwiches in Rutland. While we were getting ours made though there was a cat inside, behind the counter.

I order two subs and a salad on Jan 26th. I took a chance on calling 10 minutes before closing and they were more than willing to take me order. It was the best sub I have eaten!!!! Thank you Maxie’s for being accommodating and for making amazing subs and a salad once again!!!!

I love maxis. The rolls are always fresh, and they never serve mushy veggies. The service is great. And all the staff are nice and respectful. Also, the cost won't break the bank.

So we always go to Maxie's and get these same grinders two to three times a month if not more Tonight when we went there there was lines all the way to the door We waited a half hour and then we told this new guy that asked us what we like he was an older gentleman and seen him there before so we told him that we wanted pastrami with yellow mustard and mayo with cabbage and pickles he warmed the pastrami for so long in the microwave It was as hard as a rock and we asked for extra cheese and all the cheese was gone off the top because he warmed it for so long and then proceeded to tell us that they had no yellow mustard when he put this pastrami on the bun I don't know if it's shrunk or what but there was such little pastrami on it in Maxie's always puts a lot of me on their grinder so I knew something was wrong.

Great food owners nice. Workers have serious attitude problems that drew me away was a shame food was nice toxic workers

Don't ask for a sandwich that involves, "sub-boating". Bread, not all the way cut through. As whomever builds it at times, place the meat outside of it and everything just falls out...At least they know how to make wraps. Oh and they now charge a fee for cards...

Always great food & friendly service. The salads are huge, the large is big enough to feed 2 people
