Coming home after the April2024 eclipse, we stopped to use the bathroom and some food to get us through the rest of the ride.The place was MOBBED… a school bus full of kids had just stopped and a kids being kids.. the place was a mad house and the line to the counter was 6 deepOn all registers…. Obviously no one planned for a heavy night and the staff was overwhelmed, so we left.

Faster drive-thru than the other McDonald's in Rutland. Better place to stop if you're in a hurry. Ordered a McFlurry that wasn't mixed at all. Other than that, service has been adequate.

There is a 1st time for everything I guess…ordered a Big Mac, middle bun was used as bottom bun, way too much sauce . Perhaps a bit more training on how to make the now $12plus dollar meal??? Disappointing ?

I love the food at the main st mc Donald's but they seem to forget atleast one meal everytime. The only way to get what you want is to check your food when they hand it to you and tell them what they forgot. Its really unfortunate because it's no good when it comes to using door dash. I highly suggest not ordering from McDonald's unless you are getting the food yourself and can ask them to fix their mistake while there. Definitely don't go through a 3rd party to get your food delivered as the 3rd party is not responsible and it's very likely mc Donald's won't get the order right. Then you have to break it to one of the kids that they forgot their happy meal unless you want to pay for a second delivery charge. (this is very unlikely door dashes fault as McDonald's always messes up orders even when I get it myself). I really wish McDonald's would do better with the orders so people can take advantage of 3rd party deliveries that can't check the order/touch the food. Never wasting my time with them again unless I have the time to get it myself

Slow on the order. I had to go back to the counter 2 times they forgot some of my items. The staff was very courteous and friendly however may need better training.
I recommend hiring employees that know how to use currency. I was given the incorrect amount of change, and they couldn’t figure out how to reimburse me the money I was owed.

The fryers were broke, so I could only get my frappe. But the employees there are awesome. Starts my day off great everyday seeing them. Jake and crystal are the best!!!
