We used Noel's catering and were extremely happy with their services. We wanted to save where we could so decided to rent our own plateware directly from the rental company. I read a review regarding Noel's not providing any chafers and such, this isn't the case. They will provide anything you need as long as its discussed from the beginning. For the bride to get upset and write a bad review because she decided to deal with the rentals herself, it isnt right.

I booked Noel's to cater my wedding. I will say the food was great. The bill itself was going to be $5,000 in total which I figured because of supplying food, staff, plateware, silverware, cups, linens, etc. As we made our final payment I was informed I had to give an extra almost $400 because prices went up. Then I find out a week before the wedding that they aren't supplying the plateware, silverware, cups, or even the chafers and sternos. So I had to ask the tent rental company I went through (there rental place was busy and couldn't do my wedding so I had to find it elsewhere) to supply that but I would have to supply the chafers and sternos. It tacked on an extra $300 to my already $3200 rental bill but whatever. I went on Amazon and got chafers and sternos. Come the day of the wedding staff arrives with food and tell me the chafers and sternos I ordered were the wrong size but they have theirs they would just have to bill me extra to use them. I was already annoyed because for almost $5500 they supplied food, linens, and staff. A little steep if you ask me. My now husband and I went to return some linens because the staff forgot some when they left so we drove the hour to return them. The event coordinator comes over and says she emailed me the night before (I never received an email) saying gratuity wasn't included in the bill and we forgot to tip the staff before they left and asked that we give her money to tip the staff. That was the end of it for me I was very unhappy. They supplied almost NOTHING and made us pay $5500 and that doesn't include the bill they are sending for the chafers and sternos and the tip she made us pay that day. I know where not to ask for catering next time and so will anyone who asks for recommendations.

I am very disappointed with the customer service as I had to cancel my booking due to the location for my event needed to be moved. It wound up being too far from Rutland. I put a deposit down and two weeks later had to cancel. All Bill did was send me a proposed menu that I changed to my own liking. The event wasn't for another 4 mo. He said he would send me a refund and charge me for his time. I was surprised when he deducted $150.00. I felt that was exorbitant. I would not recommend using his services due to this.

The employees of Noël’s Catering are all extremely hardworking, caring, and personable, which made wedding planning easy and fun! Bill went above and beyond during all stages of the process: he thoughtfully executed all the little details and requests we had (signature drinks, timeline)— everything was FLAWLESS and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. You’d think planning a wedding amidst a pandemic would be hell, but Bill and his staff clearly understood Vermont’s COVID-19 guidelines, and made it clear that everyone’s health and safety was the number one priority.All of the staff at my wedding were truly on point. The bartender was excellent; he served guests efficiently. The food (prime rib—WOW!) was hot and wonderful. We are still getting compliments from guests saying it was one of the nicest weddings they had ever been to and nothing went wrong. I recommend this caterer to anyone looking for a superb meal and celebration experience, anytime of year!
Found spiders in the bottom of their butter containers! They didn't even care and said it's to be expected in food manufacturing!

Had a signed contract paid in full with 2 servers and 9’days before the wedding bill decides he wants to add more servers @$150 per for 50 people , We thought it was overkill and had a meeting to explain said reasoning and was berated the whole time I was in the location. We fired him on the spot and got our money back. Poor quality and very unpleasant atmosphere. If your looking to get ripped off and taken advantage of this is definitely the place for you. I 100% don’t recommend
