The soup was Luke warm, they ran out of baguettes, so I got a very hard piece of bread, also the size that my friends Mac and cheese was enough for a baby she was told no pizza but saw someone eating one. The cashier was going to charge us extra for bread and started to let us walk off and I said you owe us money that is when I got the hard bread. There was only 2 customers in restaurant. I mean it is called Panera bread for a reason right?

I just sat in Panera line for 30 minutes so that I could get dinner for my family because the macaroni and cheese is my daughter's absolute favorite. After paying almost $50, I drive home to Wallingford to find no mac and cheese in the bag. Now I usually always check the bag but this time the person at the window went over all the food with me and the bag was sealed. So I felt confident enough to drive away. Yes my daughter's only a year old and she doesn't know the difference but I was a very sad mommy tonight. Lots of tears because I felt I let her down. They didn't forget to put the three baguettes in there though! Do better Panera.
