I had an extremely unpleasant experience here!I don’t recommend going to this subway! I don’t ever write bad reviews, but I’d like to warn people. I ordered online, I didn’t receive any confirmation of my order no receipt whatsoever to prove my purchase , but my card was charged for $47.54.isn’t that awesome! I went to go pick up my order at 8:15 pm, they close at 9. The girl said they didn’t receive my order. I went to my car to show her I was charged. When I went to go back in the doors were locked and the lights were off. Very rude! I was searching online for a number to call to try to get my refund and it’s not easily accessible. There is an email option only that I could find. I ended up purchasing at the other subway and they were very friendly and apologetic for my terrible experience over at the Woodstock ave subway.they gave me a corporate number to call.The next day I still haven’t heard from anyone, my friend called to help me get a refund, they said they would refund me, but they lied. The manager was extremely rude! I don’t recommend eating at the subway on Woodstock ave. This isn’t the first unpleasant experience I’ve had here, but will definitely be the last time here.

Terrible experience, left a bad taste in my mouth. owner is very rude! I don't recommend ordering online here. I ordered online and my card got charged but I didn't receive a receipt or any type of order confirmation. when I went to pick up my order, it was 8:15 at night. The girls working said they had no order for me. I'm said I was going to get my phone to show I was charged and I was going to ask if I can get a corporate number to call. by the time I got my phone she locked the door and shut off the lights 45 minutes before closing time! The next day I was looking to resolve matters with manager and he was extremely rude. very bad customer service.

I prefer this subway over the downtown subway because there always polite and the areas are always spotless keep up the good work!

Very clean and very nice people, they always change there gloves whenever they start making my sandwich, which is always a veggie. always a pleasant experience. And definitely the best subway in the area.

My wife & I were helped by Dakota & his female colleague ( did not catch her name). Very friendly. Very helpful. Fast food experiences can be monotonous so I always like to give credit where due when service stands out. Kudos!

I got my dinner on December 9th at about 5:15 and the young man and young lady who were working there deserve a raise. They were pleasant, friendly and had smiles on their faces the whole time. I will be going back just because you don't get service like that from young people especially on a Friday night. Thank you

the young people there are Not too friendly, one of the kids was grabbing his phone in between & i mentioned to him to change his gloves, yeah he was touching his phone with his cloves on in the middle of making my Sandwich.

Half the time when you come to this location in the morning the guy is doing tasks in the back and won’t even come out to serve you. More than once I have had to just leave after waiting for 5 minutes. They also make the subs like they are afraid you might get too much toppings on them. Nobody wants a bread sandwich.

Paid 18 bucks for a foot long sub, two chips and a pop. The subs were lean and I had to ask for extra mayo.
