How the drive thru is set up (land locked) it makes it very tough when the drive thru is backed up! Literally stuck in line until everyone ahead of you is served. Although the food is good.

I got the Grilled Cheese Burritos from there. The first two were so good, I actually got two more! I'll never be a skinny man, thanks to Taco Bell's Grilled Cheese Burritos! The lady at the front counter was super nice, which is refreshing. I'll come back every chance I get.

Requested guacamole on the bean and cheese burrito. Didn't get it. That burrito not particularly tasty. Beef burrito had little beef. Asked if we wanted taco sauce. Said yes but didn't get it. Beef tacos OK. Got senior discount without asking for it.

One star for having horrible customer service. How your mobile app don’t work and I call and you say you can’t do anything for me. Staying at the Hilton thinking I can walk over to quick bite, closed? Ok I’ll mobile order, oh it doesn’t it. Y’all got keys and drive thru, at least take the order and I’ll give you my card. Do better as other fast food places have done.
