Slowest "fast-food" in Rutland besides KFC. Staff was disconnected. I stood and waited while a few employees all hung out in the back. When finally greeted, I was told someone would be with me soon. I stood and waited more. Eventually someone came to the counter and looked unhappy at their job. They took my order and then disappeared. When they finally returned my food was in a bag and kinda tossed on the counter. I asked about my cup and got the rolled eyes. By the time I left I had decided this is the worst customer service I've had in a quick serve restaurant and I won't be returning. The burger was ok. It was as expected but nothing to rave about. The fries weren't fresh and seemed rubbery and cold.Don't waste your time going here. There are other options.

I ordered the new wrap and it was dry and disgusting...
Well, the burger had 2 pickles, fries were cold, chicken nuggets soggy, and the soda machine had little syrup. At 3 PM, with maybe 3 customers in the place. I think Wendy's needs to get it better or close?? ??

Fast, quick, and accurate. Ordered 3 custom burgers and each one came out perfect. Nuggest were crispy, spicy and yummy and all sauces and napkins were there! Consistently well-operated you can tell see the teamwork and communication behind the scenes.
