I ordered on line thought it would be quicker. It wasn't! I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for my order. Then, when I got home I was missing food, sauces and the corn was cold!!!!! I tried to call 3 times... got no answer!!!! No surprise there! Then, when I drove back up to the store I asked for the manager. I was told she left! I asked for the shift manager. I was told by a young lady that the soft supervisor was busy with a Taco Bell order and couldn't come talk to me. She said she was a manager trainee and wanted to know if she could help!!! I asked her to come to the other side of the counter so I could speak to her privately about the situation. She came out and I explained to her what happened. Then, she immediately went back in the door and told the"shift manager" what had happened. Then, she told one of the other employees to get me the 4 chicken tenders, more corn and the sauce that I was missing. But, NEVER SAID SHE WAS SORRY FOR THE MISTAKE!!!!! Never came back out to talk to me. Some other kids came over to where I was standing and said to me "hun, what is the problem?" I just have him a look of disgust and he took off. I ask when the manager would be back in. I was told tomorrow. I asked what time they would be there? They told me she would be in at 10:30. I asked what until what time. One employee said they didn't know and shrugged his shoulders. One employee said it was against company policy to give it that information. Needless to say I will not go back to that shop EVER again!!!!!!!!!!! I would suggest that you also don't go there for service. You will be highly disappointed!!!!!!!!

The drive thru is the worst in the State, extremely slow , I’m waiting in line for over 30 minutes, RIDICULOUS

Every time I have been to this location it is horribly slow. Today I came here twice. Went inside at 12:50 pm because the drive thru line was almost to the road. Stood there for 10 minutes and the people in front of me told me they had been there 20 minutes and had not put their order in. I was able to overhear a ton about the workers' personal lives, but I did not see much working. I came back at 1:30 and sat in the drive thru (only 3 cars ahead of me) for 20 minutes before I put my order in. When an employee came out to smoke, one of the people ahead of me yelled that they had been waiting an hour. The employee said there were only 3 people working. Every single time I've been here, it is like this. From the time I got in line until the time I got my food it was 55 minutes. The last time I was here, they rounded my check up for charity without asking me. If I wasn't borderline addicted to Taco Bell and there was another location in Vermont, I would NEVER come here.

Really, really, bad....I waited over 35min while watching the manager take out her "rock" bag and talk about her miniature rock mushroom collcetion. Slightly frustrating because all she did was walk around and talk to her staff instead of working. Additionally, an employee was hacking up a storm, and I saw two couples leave when they saw her coughing over the food. I drove 1hr to come to this tacobell because I am a HUGE fan, but this was by far the WROST, tacobell I have ever seen. Cooperate should get involved because it was pretty disgusting and gross.

Always an issue, food is wrong, closed during business hours, 45 minute wait for a simple order when there's no other customers waiting on food, etc. The fact that this place is still open for business is shocking, even after ownership changes. Sad, sell to somebody who can run a restaurant and hire some staff that can work a normal shift

They're extremely slow, rude, and it's just a terribly run operation. I'd be disgusted to be the owner, but obviously they could care less considering their staffing choices or practices.

Certain employees that work there do a amazing job. As long as you show them respect and kindess and show then that u understand its busy and u don't mind waiting they will completely treat u a different way. Much love and respect to the ones who treat me kind in there the rest of them need to be more trained with social skills and customer service. U should never be disrespectfulOr let alone never should temper with people's food.That food fight that broke out a short period of time ago was a redflag for many and it showed how irresponsible and how discusting it is with the stuff that happens there. Again much respect to the older polite and respectful workers. ?

Just Sat and KFC 35 minutes. Got denied going inside after watching two people order it inside. So after 35 minutes sitting in line, get to the window to tell me they have nothing on my order. This place sucks. Tells me they’re understaffed after I watched 2-3 people smoking cigarettes outside. Never go to this place and will never go again.
