Employee was awesome but the fact there is only one person working on a Saturday night is ridiculous. Not because I had to wait but because there were so many mobile orders and walk ins I felt horrible for the employee, I just wanted to jump back there and help her. I've worked in food service and I know how stressful it can be and I am pretty positive she isn't getting paid enough.

I went to get a 12 in sub and no tomatoes because no one get done it the night before and they had 4 workers .when I get back to work my sub had had hardly any meat on it.the ends of the sub had nothing on it what a big disappointment. Its usually a nice place to pick up lunch.the last couple of time wasn't go.

Buyer beware if TAMMY the store manager makes your sub she is short changing you on the amount of meat on your sub. When I brought this up to TAMMYS attention she got very snappy with me. Mabey TAMMY should follow subway rules and give 2 full scoops of steak per footlong sub not 1 and a half. If I am paying for 2 scoops I want 2 scoops. Mabey the reason this subway location has trouble keeping help is due to the fact they have to work for CHEAP TAMMY!

Depending on the day 6:00 p.m. is the cutoff for your favorite bread. I don't know why this is a thing because bread is so cheap for them to rise and bake. But let's just say they never have Italian herb and cheese after 6:00. Otherwise it's a normal Subway.

What is the point of having online ordering, if they don't even make it until you get there and you have to wait in line anyway? They also made one of our sandwiches wrong 3 times... Very unimpressed with this subway location. Go to any other Subway location and you'll probably be way happier with the service.

Ask for extra bacon, they put only one piece of bacon extra..... 4 pieces of turkey and this is on a foot long.... I look at the sandwich I’m asking myself, this is really thin as they were also worried about how many pieces for green peppers and jalapeño pepper. This is disappointing and it was a 12 $ sandwich. I come here all the time and I’m not to sure what they are trying to different but your going to loose a good customer. Went into this subway earlier today around 11:30am. The woman working was not properly wearing a mask. When I politely asked her to wear her mask properly she became very aggressive and refused to wear a mask under the claim that she had asthma. I have friends who have asthma who require inhalers and wear their masks properly throughout a 8 hour work day without problem. After a short back and forth she then refused to serve me and moved on to the next customer. Another woman came over who was masked properly and politely made my sandwich. As a person who is immunocompromised and also lives in an immunocompromised household I find this highly unprofessional and disturbing behavior. Note this 1 Star is not for the woman who made my food nor for the food itself. It is only for the rude woman who refused to wear a mask.

Tried to use the App to place an order for the "Buy 2 Footlongs for $5 each." After putting all the info in for 4 different subs, it wouldn't take any kind of payment other than Subway Gift Cards. "Mastercard not accepted at this restaurant." This happened with Visa, too. Hopefully when my daughter picks them up, after reordering, they give her the deal anyways. Then I'll change my rating.
