“The experience here is better than others in the area. It's a convenient pop in for a vegan friendly impossible burger and some fries- one of the only places in the area where you can get a lower cost quick vegan meal. They are usually efficient and the food usually seems pretty fresh.“

“It had been quite some time since we had KFC because our local one has been closed for ages. Read bad reviews for St Albans location, but took a chance and went anyway. Our food was good. The restaurant was clean. Nathan, the young man that waited on us was pleasant, helpful, courteous, and quick. What more can you ask for with fast food! They were busy too.“

“I went through the drive thru and the guy who waited on me was AWESOME!! This location RARELY makes mistakes. Swanton, Vermont McDonald's rules! LolParking: The way they set up the parking area(s) was well thought out! Especially in regards to the area specifically for orders that take longer and they have you park and bring it out to you.At other locations you hold up the traffic and told to park in an area where other cars have to go around you, which I believe is a liability as cars going around the building from the other parking area go right through there. Eeek! On the plus side of that location (as I am handicapped) their handicapped parking is wonderful, nice and wide for wheelchair access and right by the door!!“

“Subs and wraps are great, the order to pick up service is good. I like when they grab your chips for you for pick-up orders, helpful so you don't forget when in a rush. One tip would be to keep an eye on your fountain flavors - the lemonade was pure water today with zero flavor syrup.“

“Employee was awesome but the fact there is only one person working on a Saturday night is ridiculous. Not because I had to wait but because there were so many mobile orders and walk ins I felt horrible for the employee, I just wanted to jump back there and help her. I've worked in food service and I know how stressful it can be and I am pretty positive she isn't getting paid enough.“

“I always order thru the app and pick it up. Never had issues with my order. Consistent when it comes to their pizza & wings. Just lucky to have them still in Saint Albans. I think they still do deliveries. Dine in option, not sure if they still offer lunch buffet. Definitely due for a much needed update.“

“Ordered some subs online for the first time and picked them up. Much, much easier. I was able to go to the front of the very long line and just grab the food. The only complaint is they didn't have the soda ready. You can select what kind you want online, but then have to fill them yourself (not a huge deal, but I had a lot of drinks to get and didn't think I'd have to remember them).“

“The Swanton location has rarely made mistakes and the staff has been so nice and helpful!!! They've actually gone above to help me. I go through the drive thru but it seems very clean compared to others. Also, the drive thru and parking is well thought out.“
