Love the employees! Always happy to help their customers!They went Beyond to help my son find something he would like in a drink! Once they new he was Autistic they really took extra time to serve him! He really felt special in the best way!
It's a hit or miss here. One of the workers was rude because I was trying to see if they opened up the bathroom. And of course not it's closed to the public. They was out of a few coffee options . And parking is a nitemare.

This Dunkin always has great service, and the food is usually on point as well. Today I placed my mobile order (how I always do it) twice by accident. The employees were extremely helpful in assisting me to get that taken care of, even though it was a mistake made by me, and not the establishment. All in all, they made the experience that much better by being polite and respectful when sorting out the issue. For that, as well as the other reasons above, I give 5 stars!
