As someone with a dairy allergy and intolerance, I'm cautious about what I consume. On Sunday, I had a concerning experience at this establishment known for their pretzels. Typically, their offerings align with my dietary restrictions, but this time, something went awry. Unsure if it was food poisoning or a reaction to dairy, I reached out to clarify. Disappointingly, despite requesting a vegan option with no egg wash, they confirmed butter was used on the pretzel. This oversight compromised my trust in their ability to accommodate allergen-sensitive diets.Vegetarian options: I had a allergic reaction I can not in good faith recommend coming here for vegetarian or vegan meals.Kid-friendliness: I’m never bothered or asked to leave due to children sitting at table.

Still mostly tasty, but a bit hit-or-miss at this location. I always get a cinnamon pretzel, the first time it was perfect, the second time it was pretty stale even though there was a line of customers and a lot of turnover, the third time it was really fat and a little undercooked but still good, the fourth it was way undercooked and under-sugared (kind of like eating dough), and today they weren't open even though it was after 10am. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

We recently went to Auntie Anne’s and were charged for five orders of pretzel nuggets when we clearly ordered three with three cokes. We then asked if we could get our three Coca-Cola’s the lady at the desk refused to take off the pretzels and give us our Coca-Cola’s and told us no. We then got back in line to wait all over again, and she still overcharged us for our pretzels even though we didn’t take them, nor touch them. I wish I could give this place zero stars. We encountered the same lady as Joanne H. did if you would like to go, check out their review. We have never had such an issue with an Auntie Anne’s. We are never going back. The woman in the back came up to give us our sodas, but the woman at the desk came back over and slammed the receipt down again claiming that was what we ordered. Absolutely the WORST customer service! She should be fired.

Food tastes great when fresh. When it's been sitting, it's just trash. Not sure if the staff if high or if they haven't had contact with humans before but the staff leaves a lot to be desired, even for a 2 minute interaction. Multiple times when I say I'm ok to wait for an item still cooking, I have every single staff member freak out about it and tell me I'll have to wait for the item. I then have to explain that I both understand that I have to wait and I'm ok with waiting to each person before they accept it. I ask for my receipt but I have to ask 3 or 4 times while I get a response of "what?" and "huh?" repeatedly.

Staff was nice and friendly. Unfortunately, trying Auntie Anne's Pretzel Nuggets for the first time was a huge let down. Maybe I received an old batch, but the bites were soggy and texture seemed undercooked. Cinnamon & sugar poorly coated each piece, leaving some plain.

I’ve been going there for 5 years. Never had a worse experience. Went today and had to wait 40 minutes for a pretzel because the employees had burnt 2 batches of my order. Terrible customer service! Short fat black lady slammed my order on the counter and left without even saying anything… Lost a valued customer today… Do better Auntie Annes

Today was crazy when I came by, but the team was busting a$$ to keep up with the typhoon of orders flying in. Good work, and they even had to fresh-bake my order. It was started before I got there with 8 minutes left on the timer when I arrived!They were friendly with a good attitude, customers were flowing down the line like a waterfall and my massive Doordash order was ready almost the moment it came out the oven!!
