It tastes a bit like how I imagine people who've lost all sense of taste taste good Asian food. Also there aren't any actual noodles in the chicken chow mein.

I love! love! love! their food unfortunately due to inflation from Pandemic they are only making food fresh upon order they have been making people smile and have serving delicious Chinese Food for nearly 40! Plus years in this mall unfortunately due to the University Mall’s rent sky rocketing they will be closing in summer of 2022 they have had a fantastic great long run in this mall it’s pretty sad that this is unfortunately happening a lot to small businesses these days… now for quick grab food it will be just Pizza and Pretzel’s in the mall from now on but you will forever be missed by your fantastic Chinese food thank you so much for serving us for so many years!!

I know food is getting expensive! No broccoli in my veggie stir fry, the girl scooped my white rice with pork fried rice scoop. The pork fried rice my friend ordered was burned and you could smell how burned it was. The girl running register and waiting on people no customer service skills. Soaps sad I use to love this place?

Yikes. Probably the worst food I've ever eaten.

Fast food. Wish it was better.

Mall chinese food. So it all depends on how fresh it is.

Best pork fried rice on the planet. Love their General Tso's and chicken+broccoli. Hasn't changed a bit since the 1990s, still just as good.

My son and I are in the process of visiting every Chinese restaurant in Chittenden County, VT. We always order the same thing.I order a chicken and broccoli combo with pork fried rice and an egg roll. My son orders a sesame chicken combo with pork fried rice and beef teriyaki sticks.Price: $21.05 or $.53/oz is significantly above the average price we would find in Chittenden County.Portion: 2.8 lbs between the two meals is the smallest portion size we've seen thus far.Pros: - Good flavored chicken & broccoli- They provided 4 soy sauce packets and 2 duck sauce containersCons:- They didn't include fortune cookies... how ironic : )- University Mall food court; Most of the restaurants in the mall have left; foot traffic is low and it's only a matter of time before Fortune Cookie follows suite.- They're still using old school styrofoam containers which don't hold much food and are not microwavable safe or environmentally friendly; To be fair, this restaurant is located in a mall food court where take home containers aren't necessary.- The pork fried rice had no flavor and was dry. Often you'll find restaurants have pork & vegetable bits in their rice, not this restaurant. For me, the rice makes or breaks the review. In this case, it's the most dry and flavorless rice I've had at a Chinese takeout.- They didn't provide napkins or utensilsImpression: Inconvenient location in the University Mall food court in South Burlington offering meager portion sizes of bland food at much higher than average prices, earning Fortune Cookie a 2.0 star review.

I had wonton soup there before. Inside the soup it had uncooked spoiled pork, and 1 week old lettuce inside. So I’d never eat there again.

Got sesame chicken. Went home to eat it. 5 pieces of small chicken and the rest of it was rice! Paid $8 for this! It wasn't even good! Been to many Chinese food places. They usually load you up on chicken. Not this place! Didn't even come with a egg roll! NEVER AGAIN! Not worth it at all!!! Stay away!

We found a bug in our rice today. Returned the food. They were courteous and gave a refund, but will never eat here again.

Came with my family, had an amazing experience. The gentleman was extremely kind, and the wait for the food was definitely worth it. Some of the best Chinese food my family and I have had in a long time.
