It's a nice restaurant to have in the airport, and everyone working there was very nice. The food is only okay, though, and way, way overpriced. I've been to several skinny pancake locations hoping that one would be better than the others, but unfortunately the nice atmosphere and service can't make up for the only okay food.
Food was excellent. They were out of a lot of side items weirdly and it took my a long time to sort that. I had paid for one thing and then when they didn’t have it I kept saying I’d take something else. But there were out of everything. So I settled on a pastry. Since I could see it was in stock.The food itself was excellent.

Friendly staff that made my hours long delay in BTV a nicer experience! We ordered the PB and Bee crepe and a customized spinach/pesto crepe as they were out of chicken for the chicken pesto. A delicious treat that I recommend to anyone flying into or out of Burlington.
