“One of many great Burlington restaurants. They have a series of unique pizzas cooked in a large fire oven. The sausage pizza was a little disappointing - the sausage was made locally and the spice was too timid and this didn’t really help the overall taste of the pizza. Our other pizza was very good. We got a brownie with a scoop of ice cream which was average. Kinda felt like I could have easily made a box of brownies and added a scoop of ice cream and it would have been just as good.Loved the interior.“
“The food was great. Highly recommend the Smash Burger or the wings. Loved that they had a range of drinks from great beer to delicious non-alcoholic options. What I am most impressed with is the staff. I could feel the inclusive, people-centric vibe from walking in the door. The entire staff was kind, patient, and so helpful. I’ve never felt so welcomed at a restaurant. Highly recommend Burlington Beer Company for your next outing.“
“4.5!Really great brewery. Beautiful front patio which was full, but they offered us seating in the back which was less vibey but nice and quiet. Big selection of beers-and they’re happy to let you sample before ordering. Also, great menu for accompaniments if you’re hungry! There was also a stage for music, but no one playing when we were there. They were accommodating of allergies and willing to check the labels of their snacks.“
“Checked out another one of the many breweries in Burlington. It happens to be attached to a pizza place. Queen City is good even for just the beer though. Lively atmosphere without being noisy and way crowded. The bar area isn't that big, but there's enough room for a group. A lot of people who come here know about it because of the pizza place that shares the same building. In fact, you can order a pizza from there at the bar and they'll bring it. They're actually another business, so this will just focus on the beers though. It's about $7 a pint. The beer menu has a variety on tap. Best one we had was the Poludnitsa, a Czech Pilsner. Great taste and it wasn't filling. It's light at 5% ABV. This has a bright spicy hop finish. Lots of ales and lagers to choose. These of course go good with a pizza. Get some beers. It has a ton to choose from. There's also the pizza place if wanting to eat something.“
“Went for trivia and had a great time! This is owned by two family best friends! It is a very warm nice environment with great beer of course. It is wonderful to have a family owned business like this to enjoy. If you find yourself around the area make sure to stop in and at least say hello.“
“Came in on a very quiet Friday. Basically had the space to myself which was nice. Situated in a warehous-ey stretch of south Burlington. WW did a very nice job using the space to provide sufficient room for guests and the patio area was very nice. Onto the beers. I had a lager, festbier, ipa, and the doppelbock. The ipa was probably the weakest of the bunch. I really enjoyed the doppelbock and the light lager. All styles were well executed. Nothing mind blowing but very good approachable beers.“
“One of my favorite microbreweries in Vermont. The way I describe this place is like going to Cheers in Boston “where everyone knows your name”! The beers are awesome, the place is comfortable and has a nice ambiance, people are friendly and most importantly they love dogs. Yeah very dog friendly establishment which is cool to see.Denial and Vet are their signature and popular IPAs which are delicious. They have some porters like the WatchDog which is a great beer too. Nice place to stop by to chat, meet other people, play some games and enjoy good beer.“
“Great little brewery to stop by. Plenty of seats and space. Had a pretty good selection of beers on tap. We tried the smoked beer flight. Not really my taste, but they were brewed well. Next time I'm over there, I'll try some of the other beers they have.“
“Took the Burlington VT tour yesterday and had a blast!! We had a new beer guide Ari doing his first tour with Nick shadowing. They were very knowledgeable about everything BEER and the 3 Breweries that we visited. Thank you!! Highly recommend!!“
“We visited in mid April and called ahead to make sure we could still dine with our dogs after reading they were dog friendly. The hospitality we were met with was exceptional! Deb answered and told us they "would love to have us!" That response made us feel welcome right away before even setting foot in the place. They served us on the patio and brought water out for us and our dogs as well. A lot of other restaurants listed as dog friendly in the area would not serve us stating their patios were not open yet. But the Vermont Pub and Brewery went above and beyond! The burgers and beers we had were delicious! Even though we were the only patrons dining outside the staff checked on us frequently everyone was so friendly! They have a decent selection for gluten free options including beer if that's something you need. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available“
“This place felt like more of a restaurant than a brewery to me. We sat at the bar and the place was packed. The Sara sour was my favorite beer there. The food looked good, but we didn’t eat because we couldn’t find anywhere to park at dinner time, so we went somewhere else to eat and then came back late in the evening. Definitely grabbed some beer to go. I’m glad we stopped.“
“Absolutely love this Brewery! We've been here a few times on our trips to Berlington area. Always great beer, and great pizza from next door! Atmosphere is super chill, love all the dogs thst come through on occasion! We stopped here for the Eclipse and it was the perfect place to chill, drink, eat and wait out tbr traffic and head in back in take a look at the event!“
“If you're in VT, make the trip here... Second time visiting the brewery, long time fan of Frost. Met the owner and she took great care of us! Tons of swag and great beers makes my credit card cry ? and I don't regret a second of it!“
“Stopped in after a day of skiing this past weekend and thoroughly enjoyed their beer. Especially enjoyed New Day, Tropical Illusion, Tru Pils, Proper Mild, and even Winter Warmer. Great variety and laid back atmosphere. Will be back the next time I'm in the area.“
