Well, to start the first 3 beers I asked for weren't available, even though they were on the menu.The salad was old. Had the redish tint to all the lettuce. Had it been on my fridge, I'd have thrown it out.The service was slow, but good. If that makes since...The steak, the reason I went there, was actually very good. Mashed potatoes also. And of course the rolls... so good. I would go again with lower expectations and no salad...

Good food, great fast service, and a loud and warm environment. We ate after a long day. I'm a little disappointed that we had to wait so long with 4 exhausted kids.Kid-friendliness: They have peanuts ? while you wait, and they have coloring books.

Food was good as usual, Noah took great care of us so it was a pleasant experience….except for the restaurant itself. It felt icky. The floors and table were sticky, and we sat near a window with a gross layer of dirt on the blinds and dead flies in the windowsill. Very unappealing and unappetizing.

Unfortunately, the food here is not as delicious as it once was when it 1st opened....which is obvious by the lack of business..used to be a 15 minute wait, a packed waiting room, and lines out the door. EVERY thing on the menu should be a house specialty or don't have it on the menu. I mean just because we don't order the pricey steak at the counter doesn't mean we should expect low quality fatty meat for our meals, especially for the prices .....unacceptable. Also, yet again I had to ask, in this case the manager, for refills which is a big peeve..especially when you want a 20% tip.
