Their matcha latte was really disgusting as they didn't use a strainer for the powder so there were many little balls of bitter clumped powder. When I mentioned to the barrista it was not good she served me attitude and just said "thanks for the heads up"... lovely(Unlike what is said below I had waited until the barrista was done with other customers' orders)

Found it a little odd to see no use of strainer for matcha to break up the clumps and received a dismissive response when we brought it to staff’s attention. The coffee is decent, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Very good cappuccino and iced oat milk latte. The kouign amann was also good and there are a few gluten free options like smoothies. The space is big and comfortable, id prefer slightly quieter music with a more laid back energy but not picky, just have sensory issues. Would love to see a gluten free pastry or sandwich option.

After we ordered our coffees, the barista served five other groups that came in after us before making ours. No apologies, no recognition that he kept us waiting. There are plenty of nice coffee shops in Burlington. We won't be back to this one.
