We booked a table to celebrate our anniversary, but didn't realize there was a concert and that the restaurant had a limited menu. Our server was able to offer us options that made it more like we were hoping for and made us feel welcome. We had some great meme sharing and conversation with her all night. Food was also outstanding. Definitely be back!

We've been eating at Masselows since they've opened, today was the worst experience we could ask for, from timeliness,service,  quality of food, presentation, taste, temperature, nothing really went right, except for kindness of our server. Disappointed, especially on Mother's Day, I'm thankful that my mother was not able to make it, as she was on oxygen, we would've never been able to stay as long as they made us, stay just to finish our meals, on top of that, the usual mandatory 20% gratuity was on the menu, I asked them to kindly remove it, and let me use my discretion, they honored that request, and we may good tipping appropriately. Not sure what's going on there, but we would sure like to give another chance, it couldn't have been any slower today on Mother's Day, so no real excuse for the service that we received, especially with host, too many servers, not enough guest, and a supervisor. Frustrating $$$$$$
Masselow's isn't the best steakhouse that I have been to; however, it has the best atmosphere and wait staff. The wait staff is very attentive but not to excess. My water was never empty and they kept our table filled with bread and butter.

Two of our three entrees were over cooked and pretty bad. Service was extremely slow and our servers kept going very MIA (however they were very nice and thoughtful). It was slow and our food took a long time. Drinks weren't very good (too weak). Our side dishes were cold.
My husband said “I have never been to a restaurant where I finish all of my food before I've even had half of my beer! It was THAT good!” The food truly was amazing and the service was wonderful also!
Erin our server and Abigail her assistant were wonderful! Perfect amount of attention without feeling bugged or waiting for something. Prices on Open Table menu don't match menu at restaurant, and the restaurant website is not up to date.
We were there for a romantic 16th Anniversary dinner and we were seated not in an intimate booth like we had in visits before but in an open dining room with several kids. It was not the romantic atmosphere we wanted nor expected. The food was ok, but the additions of a bread service with different butters was gone and it just felt all around it was downhill. The steaks were fine, thin but cooked well but for $77.00 they should be a bit more than “ok”, overall it was underwhelming. We had dined there several times before so this was not what I expected, had this been the first time I'd never been back. We are going to branch out elsewhere, it felt like an Outback steak house not an upscale restaurant.

Food was fantastic, service was great. Cory, our server, went out of his was to make the experience the best, was even able to get me lavender simple syrup to mix in my sweet tea lemonade. Over all, it was a fantastic date night. Will definitely be back.

The Lounge at Masselows is where it's at.....Trista was amazing as usual and brought out Buffalo chicken crisps which are the BEST Nashville Hot chicken Ever!!!!

My husband and I came to celebrate our anniversary. We had an absolutely wonderful experience. Ashley and Alex gave top tier service. The food and wine was impeccable. We loved every moment of our evening. We'll be back soon. Thank you so much.
Shout out to Cory at Masselow's Steakhouse for amazing service! And compliments to the chef as well for the absolute best steak I have ever had!!! Melt in your mouth! ??? We will be returning and Requesting Cory's table! PSA.. go now and they have FRESH delicious Crab legs! (Not on the menu) they will only be good for the week!

We had a great overall experience. Our waitress was awesome. I can't remember her name, but she was blonde with glasses had her hair up. She did an amazing job. The food was very good. My only complaints would be the prices are a bit spendy, and the mashed potatoes were a little too salty. The clams, bread and the wedge salad were absolutely out of this world. The steaks were good, and they got them done just right.

Absolutely excellent! As always. Service and food. Both top notch! My steak was so tender I could cut it with my fork. The table side Caesar salad was amazing and the chicken piccata was divine! If I could change one thing, the mashed potatoes were quite salty. But it didn't stop me from eating them all. We were too full for dessert. Absolutely must dine here if you get the chance. Worth every penny !

The service was outstanding. The atmosphere lent itself to an intimate setting with privacy which was appreciated. The menu offered a lot of choices from steak to seafood and a little in between. The only complaint from both my wife and I was the food came to the table over-seasoned. Our steaks and mashed potatoes were VERY salty...and we prefer to add our own salt. My tenderloin steak was ordered "medium" and it came perfectly medium on one half and rare on the other.
