Decent food, great service.I came here about 6:45 p.m. today, and it was very busy (there was something wrong with the kitchen-side facilities), but the employees still seemed like they were mostly vibing. This was my first time at a Mod Pizza, and being able to watch the employees work was awesome. After waiting a couple minutes to order the pizza, the picking of toppings went smoothly, and the employee was very friendly. Given the high demand, the time we had to wait was about 30 minutes for it to be cooked. Normally, if I had to wait this long, I'd just sigh and embrace to cooperate overlords by staring at my magic brick [phone] while waiting; however, rather than needing to submit to the capitalistic technological era I was born into, instead I found myself intrigued by the whimsical work being done behind the counter. Much like Spider-Man™, the worker at the oven (whose name I do not know, just that they had a bandana holding their hair, wore glasses, and were working in the oven) maintained such exquisite vibes throughout the river of pizzas in which they found themselves. Watching them just cook pizzas and talk with others (both customers and their co-workers), I felt as one scrolling the depths of TikTok (or YouTube shorts), watching with glee while waiting. Perhaps it's the reminiscence to the Subway tiktok's that provided me comfort in my times of illness, providing a similar comfort, or perhaps it's my built-up sleep deprivation, or maybe it's some deeply hidden sadism in myself that I'm unfamiliar with, but that truly was the most joy I can remember feeling inside a pizza shop. We then went home. The pizza was on par with a good frozen pizza, with my main gripe being that the crust recipe is rather flat and bland.If this was the level of service provided to Larry the Cumber— perhaps his faith in a "pizza angel" would be truly validated.

Everything is very very good. The salad was a little overpriced. The whole meal was delicious but one med pizza and one regular salad which is the medium size bowl, good for two people. 40 bucks ouch!! In my opinion, 1 med pizza and a medium salad 25-30dollers

It's tough to find a place in Anacortes that's open past 9pm (and isn't a pub). The staff at this MOD were exceptionally accomodating and kind about our later arrival; they were conversational and more than willing to dish out some pizzas. The create-your-own variety always seems to take a few extra steps, but we were met with nothing but enthusiasm, and the pizza was great! Major kudos to the night staff at the Anacortes location -- keep up the brilliance. :)Vegetarian options: Menu is completely customizable. Plant-based sausage and cheese are available, too!

I was in line behind a couple and watched the pizza person with laytex gloves on, wipe her nose 3 times with those gloves all the while stuffing the same gloved hand into the bins for pizza toppings. Not too mention how many times she touched her hair or face. I'm not a germophobe, I work in a weld shop, but damn don't wipe your nose and serve food out of the same hand! I went to marketplace and got a frozen pizza.
