Don’t work there if you hate the job. Won’t be back. I called and asked if I could pick up a pizza pretty close to closing if I got there asap and made it worth their time AKA gave them a big tip, mind you I was incredibly polite and was told it was fine if I made it by 8.Well, I made it there by 8 and the doors were literally shut in my face as I was jumping out of my car. I get it, staying open literally 30 seconds later while the place isn’t even close to being cleaned to go home isn’t worth the time, but just tell the customer that when they ask. No worries, I will never be coming back to this Papa Murphy’s. If I ever have the craving again I’ll drive to Oak. I work service industry and have for 10 years, it wouldn’t have killed you, especially if it was pre made at the time I ordered it.

Only complaint is their white sauce chicken onion pizza wasn't as good as the Great Alaska Pizza Company's White Garlic chicken pizza. Then I guess I can only blame the guy who told me the were the same, not.... However, the pepperoni pizza was absolutely covered in pepperoni!?

We WERE regular customers until the covid pandemic. The owner, his family, and workers flagrantly disregarded the mask mandate and health laws designed for the safety of others who are at greater risk for covid. We assume it is out of ignorance, plain stupidity, or belief he is above laws designed to protect others. He should not be allowed to own or operate a business that provides food for sale! We wonder, does he spit on the pizzas in addition to the faces of customers?

I phoned in an order for medium chicken bacon artichoke pizza. I’ve always had a good experience with this but not this time. When I started to eat the pizza I noticed the crust was dry and hard, not like any other pizza I’ve eaten before. I could not begin to swallow it because I would choke on it. I called to ask what happened to the thin crust and they said the medium size does not come in thin crust, I totally don’t remember this. I said the web site does not mention medium size not coming with thin crust and he said if I ordered on line it would not let me order this way, we’ll I ordered by phone and no mention of it. Nothing was said about making me happy by giving me another pizza to replace this one so I just said I won’t be going back again. Mod pizza here I come.

Jeff and Crew will never Do...... You wrong, they're the bomb, like Cheech and Chong, minus the bong, they've never gotten the gong, since I've eaten there for so long, so everyone come along, and maybe Papas will inspire you in form of song.
I ordered vegetarian pizza and they gave us chicken on both pizzas I could’ve eaten meat VERY disappointed

some people may be turned off by the all teen staff, but those kids are excellent workers! friendly, fast and the pizza is good! especially when it's a freebie from The Clam Digger lol and they have some of the best cheese sticks around!!! if I wasn't watching my sugar intake I'd definitely love to try some of their desert items, the s'more bars look delicious and who doesn't like the look of raw chocolate chip cookie dough?!?

Bake Pizza Usually very good but during the pandemic it became an extremely disappointing and unhealthy source for food! The employees were evidently not required to wear protective gear while preparing and serving food to protect their customers or themselves from spreading the virus. We were informed that the owner is an "anti-masker" who declined to follow the governor's mandatory mask mandate during the pandemic. We have stopped purchasing any food from them.
