Service was way too slow, considering our table and one other was in the restaurant. Our server did not follow up with us for drinks during our extended weight for our food (missed sales opportunity) and at one point after our meal we went to the bar (who only had two people) to order drinks. The food was just ok, not remarkable good or bad. Beautiful views , the place was clean. All in all a great place to have a beverage and look at the view. Just don't expect to much.

Anyone who avoided the New years bash because they didn't know the band missed a fantastic show. Ian & the Soul Purpose are truly a special gift to our little island. Don't skip their next show, they deserve better. Added bonus...Thomas was an extraordinary host.

Pretty good food, but the price can get a bit steep. The staff are very quick to tend to your every needs and the view of Lake Josephine, whether from inside or outside the restaurant, is breathtaking

Seeing this low appreciation for this location is making me leave another review. Just like with everything there can be bad days for any establishment or person. I also understand everyone is different with different expectations. I love this place and believe it deserves 5 stars even on the less than perfect visits.

Got the venison, no flavor at all, had to add salt to be able to finish but still couldn't finish. There was only 2 of us, but they still hit you with a mandatory 20% tip. Really pricey, save yourself and stay away.

Great experience. Visited Anderson Island and dining here at Lakeshore was well worth it. Great food, great service in a very relaxing lake shore atmosphere!

Great place, great service, great food. No AC so was quite hot, given that it was an open kitchen with the dining area, in the middle of summer. The restaurant needs to be updated, a remodel would do it some good. Everything else i was happy with, and the view definitely did the trick.

Had a reservation here at 7pm for 10 girls for a bachelorette party, understanding that we are a larger group and they are a busy restaurant we were patient but it was overwhelmingly disappointing. Guests were brought wrong menu items repeatedly, overcooked dry chicken, and 3 of our guest didn't get their meal until everyone had finished eating and 20 minutes til closing, we ended up just cancelling the last meal we were waiting for. The staff was unapologetic and not phased by the inconveniences. We were brought checks with wrong orders, at the sake of just getting out of the restaurant we didn't correct the mistake and headed for the door. This being the only restaurant on the island I'm sure business will continue as usual but as a guest visiting Anderson island I wouldn't recommend or come again
