This is a transplant from Napa Valley in Arlington, Washington. The owners are actively trying to retire and are open Thursday-Saturday. As long as I am able I will support till they lock the doors. This is a gem to all of the Greater Seattle area and we need to establish more of this to create a better world. The lamb and the Chilean Seabass was exquisite and Steve provided Michelin level service. Companies should consult Martin and Steve to create staples of communities like they have adeptly done.

The best scallops in the Pacific North West. They never let me down. My husband always orders the fish of the day and likes his entree as well. I also like the unusual choice of salads/soup plus the variety of desserts. I only regret I did not find out about them years ago.

Food and service were amazing!! A little loud, but otherwise nice to see it so busy. We would go again, but are sad they will close for good this week. Food of this quality is severely lacking in the area. Stanwood isn't too far but it's nice to enjoy and not worry about the drive home.

Such an amazing night and dinner, as always! I hadn’t been here in years (we just relocated back into the area) and it’s still just as amazing as I remembered. We had the Seabass (delish!!) and several appy’s such as the warm feta, puff pastry mushrooms, escargot and took home desert which the Panna Cotta was absolutely divine. It all was, who am I kidding? They’re closed down in January so go now!!!!!!!! Nom nom nom!!!

Our favorite restaurant anywhere. Their food is always delicious and fresh. The staff are so friendly. A few of our favorite dishes are the strawberry rhubarb sauced prawns, mushroom pastry (not exactly sure of the names as stated on the menu), steak and lobster tail, scallops, Chilean sea bass, the chicken is so moist, and for dessert, the white cake with fruit on it is to die for. It’s a lovely dining experience, not to be rushed. Oh they have real ? too! ❤️❤️Parking: Street parking or the free lot at Legion Park across the street from the Bistro.

I'm going to be brutally honest. We just returned to the area after 5 years in France and had seriously been missing real food. Our experience here was a breath of fresh air and the best date night we have had in months. The owners are super friendly and knowledgeable. The wine selection is fantastic. The chef, a real chef. We will definitely be returning here regularly and truly appreciate this diamond in the rough.
