“Our family had breakfast this morning at Matt's Grill & Lodge. We eat out at many different restaurants in the valley. Our breakfast this morning was the first breakfast we have had at Matt’s and it was exceptionally good. We had the german apple pancake, the cinnamon roll french toast, regular french toast, ham and cheese omlet, eggs benedict, oatmeal, german sausage and eggs, and bacon and eggs. Each one was perfectly prepared and delicious. I highly recommend Matt’s for breakfast!”

Master Chef Robert Terry did not disappoint "Compliments to the Chef indeed!"The Filet Mignon seared to perfection and hot at serve time ON POINT! The Swordfish attentively babied, a first timer for both of us, loved it! Asparagus perfect al dente'! The Saffron Mussel soup carefully poured over, at the table, on the mussels, black rice, tomato...to die for! With Huckleberry Lemonade and Berry Cheesecake ALL cooked and presented with L?VE. Nothing extraordinary, just your regular American breakfast but cooked just the way most of us like it.Server filled our coffee mugs quickly and came back periodically to refill them - as many times as we would have liked (I stopped at 1 refill, my husband at two).Food was hot and plentiful and wait time was reasonable given the many patrons there.Nothing fancy about the place but you do feel like it's the most natural place to go for breakfast. From seeing employees working without gloves and undercooked cookies I can no longer stand by my previous review. Finding a hair in a cookie last week was the last instance of bad quality for me. I will enjoy Crumbl when I travel, but will no longer order from my local store. It’s too bad!”

“I've started visiting river city for coffee instead of a lot of other local huts. They're always EXTREMELY friendly, quick service, and everything is always excellent. They have great prices and minimal wait times. Skip the long wait and high prices at hot shots and try river city if you haven't.”

“Wonderful little local bar, with amazing and humble people. Came here on my reset and stumbled in with only a couple of locals who were very friendly and welcoming. Had a great time playing darts and drinking a couple of IPA's with the locals. Very humbling experience and has great prices on beers. They also have food, but I didn't get to see the menu being enthralled with all the local stories. They have kareoke. Would recommend!”

“It has a family atmosphere and they are very helpful and kind. You can dine in or pre-order your food and they'll make it for you and then you can also take your food with you.Vegetarian options: They have a new vegetarian selection called The Greens I highly recommend it. it's very delicious with your shakes and if you're curious about what kind of shakes they will be happy to tell you.Parking: You can parallel park in front of the building also right by the UPS Store there's lots of parking right by the restaurant and it's called blend on BrightonKid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly their games and things that the kids can play with”

“Love that they air fry all the food, so it's not greasy. The people are friendly. The only thing that has me frustrated is that they allow people to sit at tables that are needed for dart players, so usually, my team has to spread out because other patrons take up the space. I wish that the whole table was reserved for players, not just half.”

“First time I've found a really good seared ahi tuna in the LC valley. Koi has a peppered tuna appetizer that is essentially a variation of, which is also very decent imo, but just not the same. What Bravas served was closer to the classic staple of the dish that I'm familiar with. And while their use of sesame seeds seemed a bit overdone to me, it was still quite good. It's been a while since I've had a really good seared ahi.”

“Found out that they allow children until like 10pm so we decided to check them out with our 4y/o and we couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. The staff was very informative about the axe throwing it's self and they also had quite a few other activities to keep us and our little one entertained. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend if you are looking for something new to do with the whole family!”

“We have visited three times and will be returning. The first time, we tried the hibachi grill (seating's a little tight), which was good, and the chef was skilled. The second time, we came for sushi and the chef's choice plate. This last visit, we ordered the Love Boat, chef's choice. The portions are generous, and the fish is fresh with a great variety. We appreciated that the boat was loaded with sashimi and nigiri, not just rolls. The staff is friendly and attentive, creating a very authentic experience.”

They were slammed I mean slammed and he didn't leave us in limbo made sure even though our drinks might take a minute we had waters we got our appetizer out supper quickly. The food was amazing and when it came to desert he was very knowledgeable and stared me in the right direction. Great service and hope we get him again.”

“Cinnamon swirls plates are worth the visit alone!They have a country fried steak in regular size, and then there is BIGFOOT SIZE!! They are not kidding either. That itself is a meal alone. BOTH make this place the best breakfast place that isn't mentioned much in the LC valley!”
