Fresas con crema and the nuez raspado are my favorite. Elote was chewy it was probably overcooked my kids didn't like it. Tried the queso ice cream for the first time here. I was skeptical about it but it was actually very good and keep coming back for it.

Not the best. Flavor was basic, service was bad, and cleanliness was below par. Would not recommend this place at all! They also charged us 10 bucks on just taxes!! If the flavor matched the price I wouldn’t mind but overall the experience was bad. Lady was rude and place looked dirty. ?Parking: Parking is located in front near busy intersection, not safe.

The food there is not good I ordered strawberries and cream and the cream was like water it was horrible and it was 36$ for strawberries and cream and a side on watermelon it's so expensive don't go here
The food is great the service is okay but they have a girl in there with autism I am not blaming her but I tie my kitty up and as I am ordering she runs up and pets my cat and tries to hold it and is scaring it and her mom works there so I see her but overall they are nice sometimes I just wanted to be nice so I let her pet it

Me gustaria poder decir que le pongo 5 estrellas, pero desgraciadamente es imposible, la persona que se dice encargada del establecimiento, es una persona que no tiene la más mínima idea de lo que es servicio al cliente, su actitud despota deja mucho que decir, tengo años consumiendo en este establecimiento y nunca había tenido problemas al pedir que se le pusiera una tapa a mi raspado, hace unas semanas, pedimos raspados por door dash y la manera que tienen de entregar las cosas a las perdonas q van hacer el delivery son inadecuadas ,todos sabemos q los productos tienen q estar tapados y sellados no todos abiertos, en donde se pueden manipular facilmente, y haciendolos nada higiénicos. Espero sirva de algo mi opinión.

Not worth the hassle. When I tell you the customer service is bad I mean it's horrible. They might as well have a sign outside that's says if you don't know what you want don't come in. I've came here with my family over and over and the service gets worst. Today was my last visit the ladies are rude, the ice cream wasn't even good and it had a nasty taste along with a very gooey texture. They didn't even allow us to try it probably because of the freezer taste it had. They feel so entitled that they didn't even ask if I wanted my 2 cents back or not they just assumed and kept my change along with my receipt. I had to ask for a receipt after getting just quarters back. Any other time I would've been fine leaving 2 pennies but it's the nasty way they carry themselves. I rather go to Menchies and get all the quality and actually feel like it was worth my money. Never coming back here again. They don't even have seating. Not a family friendly environment.
