Isaac was absolutely friendly, funny, and welcoming, I went to Applebee's to see my mother after she went on a several week trip to Taiwan to see family, and I was eager to meet up with her and hear about her trip. Isaac made the experience so smooth and nice, so thank you so much to Isaac, I hope I can be seated in your section sometime in the future!

Ordered 70 dollars worth of food for pickup, picked it up and noticed two items missing when I got back home. I called and spoke with the manager who stated she was new and couldn't figure out how to issue a refund. She said she'd call me back as soon as she got in contact with a different manager for training. Needless to say she never called me back. Figured I'd rather spend the time writing this review for reference rather than wasting my time on the phone again.

My fiance and I went to the Applebee's in Auburn, Washington. I was thoroughly unimpressed! I ordered a salad and basically it was nothing but just lettuce. I asked for avocado to be put on the salad and was informed that Applebee's does not carry avocado. The salad was extremely tasteless and extremely bland. The lady that waited on us did a fairly decent job. My fiance ordered a steak and mashed potatoes. She gave me a bite of her steak which did taste good but the portions were so incredibly small. It was more for a child than an adult. I won't be going back!!!

the place was a bit different put they did what they could with the short staff they had the food was ok i guess..
Got an order to go and I ordered the tex mex shrimp bowl. The key component is the cilantro rice. When I got home the rice was missing. Is it really that hard to read and double check the order. I say this because I used to work there in auburn. Had a lot of issues when I worked there and I see nothing has changed. I think management needs to be looked at because that's where a lot of problems are.

The food was really decent, and the service was stellar. The atmosphere was ok. Nothing great or outstanding. But Applebee's is always an easy go to if you're really hungry or just meeting a friend for lunch.Parking: Parking in front if pretty scarce. We had to park towards the back side.
