For specializing in pretzels theses guys are super horrible at doing their job right, overcooked food and even worse customer service.

The employee dipped my pretzels in a vat of oil before serving them to me. I have never seen this before. Her and another woman were speaking another language. I threw everything directly in the trash when I got home.

They are really expensive for the little cup of trout Stone nuggets that I got and a caramel sauce it was ridiculous I really don't understand how they're staying in business with the prices that they have. But the people that was working there was very nice and pleasant .

I'm am usually a Wetzles Pretzles gal and have had not so great quality at any Annies in past but today I really wanted a pretzel for my birthday. Decided to give it a go and it was surprisingly very good today. Fresh, soft, and just perfect. Not sure if I happened in on the last two of a fresh batch at 10am or if someone new is working!

It used to be a happy place now you just getting me frustrated I hate shopping they're not it just takes more longer just to get underwear socks. I mean a price is still okay. I understand there's a lot of shoplifter what camera security doesn't work or at least have retailer by there stuff you need I think I work.

They won't accept coupons. Itty bitty little sign top left corner of the showcase, and they expect folks to see it when we're looking at the menu for food.

So I included the redeeming reward that this Aunt Annie's did not appropriately honor. I was supposed to pay for my beverage and get the classic pretzels free. I had to scan the reward four times and give my phone number to an employee named Laura. I asked her if they take rewards. When I was about to pay for my order. And she told me yes and to scan code. Which I did every time she directed me. But she said it kept coming up invalid. But with my phone number I got a discount. So I showed her what the reward said as it was redeeming down the clock to disappear when time is at zero. She tried to have me pay $9.45 for my order that should not include me being charged for the classic pretzel. So, she rudely had the nerves to say we don't give out food for free. And furthermore she attempted to embarass me in front of her coworkers and other customers in the area. About I not wanting to pay the $3.00 for the pretzel. Then Laura tried to make me seem like the bad guy having an attitude. And she claimed. She was trying to help me. I find her help to be unhelpful. Because she wasn't honoring the reward that was clearly written from the app. So I informed Laura. That I will be complaining to cooperate about this very poor experience. I ended up not buying the Peppermint frozen drink with the classic pretzel. Because Laura wouldn't honor my reward as shown in the attachment. She made a scene of not honoring my reward. And if I was informed from the beginning. That they would not honor my reward. I would have never ordered anything. Nonetheless, the order was wasted. Because I didn't purchase the order. And I chose to inform the public that Laura and the employees at Aunt Annie's in the Walmart Auburn store have poor customer service.

A little disappointing was my last visit to this Auntie Anne's location. Ordered 2 Jalapeño Pretzels, but they had to make it. So, paid for the items and came back for them after 30 minutes or so. Took them home to eat, but it was pretty doughy and salty! Jalapeños seemed old as well, not as fresh. Kind of a sournote since I expected the pretzels to taste delicious! Dunno if it is because of inexperienced workers or what. Rather go to Wetzel's Pretzel...
