Burned, tasteless pretzels. Lots of kids working more interested in socializing than quality pretzels.

Really dry and rock hard pretzel. This location has very inconsistent quality. I told them about it. Then this guy with short hair kept repeating “Do you want a refund or exchange?” and dismissing my concerns. Just completely ignored what I was saying… The right action would be to apologize and offer a refund or exchange. Terrible customer service and quality… (I am writing about the location in front of food court. Couldn’t find it on the map.)

If it was possible to give a big fat ZERO star rating I would, due to the absolutely atrocious and downright disgusting unprofessionalism that I received. Over 5 dollars for a soda at the fountain that only had sugar free options to choose from, and over cooked pretzels that were prepped poorly. On getting a refill for a drink I had to settle with baeed on limited options, the employee came up to us aggressively stating that we had to pay an $1 plus change for a refill that wasn't displayed on the menu or soda fountain. You would think over five dollars just for a soda would cover one refill. Make pretzels and your service to paying customers better.....waaaaay better.

C'mon kids! Pretzel are BURNT and RUDE staff. I hope Nicole the manager could do something about this. I will definitely call corporate FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. Got in line for 10 minutes for my kids to have burnt food??? They also told young kids they were close 2 minutes later started taking people's order. Did not explain at all to them why they were closed. And they will fight and talk rude to you at this location. What SERVICE? they don't know that. The kids that worked here feel so entitled at this location inside auburn mall by H&M. i just asked for name of the manager so I can address issues. And they all got mad and rude to me. all I said was " Hi may I know the manager's name?" And they go like "why are you complaining about something?" (all 3 of them kids were on my face already)!!! And I told her "I was just wondering because 2 minutes ago two of my siblings were here and trying to order and they were told you are closed??". DUDE!!! She got all mad all three of them. And saying I was the one rude?? GROW UP CHILDREN!! They didn't explain to the KIDS why they were close in the first place. Why would I come and asked for manager's name if my siblings were told they were closed because of whatever reasons and took others order 2 mins after they walked away? Don't you think we wouldn't understand that? This place is disgusting and the blonde cashier maybe mid 20's. She will talk nasty to you. Why are you upset if you were the one who asked me why I'm needing manager's name? And after telling you why you started giving me vibe?? Kids wouldn't forget about you for sure thanks for the GREATEST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU PROVIDED THEM! maybe you hate ASIANS SO MUCH! Givin us nasty attitude saying we were the ones rude. I wouldn't be acting rude I'm with very young children's!!! Use your brain sometimes aye? NASTY MOUTH! This was around 6:50pm 12/28/22. Yup you know who you are. Where is Nicole at!!??? Why this kid still working here? This is not the first complaint about her being so disrespectful!!! SUDDENLY IM THE BAD PERSON AFTER RETURNING HER ENERGY WHAT A BLONDE B**tch.

The cashier was an amazing person who even initiated a refund, but the pretzel had a very very very terrible bitter aftertaste! Tastes bitter and like bug spray. It was such a weird and unusual experience…my mouth feels weird.

I ordered on the app trying to save time. It ended up taking more time I waited there for ten minutes for a stupid pretzel. They always taste good though.

The address for this location is COMPLETELY INACCURATE. It takes you to Starbucks. I tried to bring this to the attention of a 'shift leader' on duty and they literally argued with me about it. 5 stars guys.

A little disappointing was my last visit to this Auntie Anne's location. Ordered 2 Jalapeño Pretzels, but they had to make it. So, paid for the items and came back for them after 30 minutes or so. Took them home to eat, but it was pretty doughy and salty! Jalapeños seemed old as well, not as fresh. Kind of a sournote since I expected the pretzels to taste delicious! Dunno if it is because of inexperienced workers or what. Rather go to Wetzel's Pretzel...

This review is for the Auntie Anne’s near Nordstrom Rack not the one near the food court. While I was waiting to order, I saw one of the employees put a cup full of pretzel bites for the manager (caucasian with ginger/brownish hair) with tongs which is correct sanitary wise. I then proceeded to see that same manager reach into the rest of the pretzel bites to grab more to add into his cup with his bare hands. No gloves, hand-washing, or even his mask covering his mouth and nose. He was handling money near the back computer and touching his computer & face prior to doing that and proceeded to do so even after grabbing that pretzel bite. The lady behind me was even in shock and asked me if I saw what happened. This is a serious cross contamination issue that needs to be taken care of even if it seems minor. Absolutely horrific and definitely doesn’t seem like the first time. Hopefully no one gets sick. The other employees are amazing though.

Just finished a birthday party here. It was very affordable and even better Krystal who ran the party was amazing with the kids and really handled everything making it fun for the kids and easy for us adults. Highly recommend this for a birthday party!
