Awesome local owner to an incredible sandwich franchise! The fresh bread made hourly, the sliced meats and cheese.. it's all so good and the staff is so friendly and willing to help accommodate whether its a simple question or a last minute large order. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone near or far.

I hadn't been to a Big Town Hero since college. I was excited to try and it exceeded my expectations. The meats are fresh and you get plenty of them. The veggies are great. It tastes like a good, real deli sandwich. The bread gets soft, but more reason to eat it quickly! I have only ordered them for delivery so can't speak to service or ambience but after 3 orders, they've gotten everything right! Tomato soup was good too.

I'll never eat here again. They only put meat on a little bit more than half of the sandwich. For what I got the prices were way too high.

Heard really good things about this place. If you step inside, it's super neat and clean with a big menu. The menu was slightly overwhelming for me and I had to ask for clarification. We ordered three regular sandwiches and a bag of chips. It cost about $33. I did make one change for my daughters sandwich (to remove tomatoes and add pickles). I saw my order correct on the screen but didn't realize they made the sandwich incorrect until we got home. Overall, the bread was soft and the ingredients tasted fresh, but nothing really stood out as super amazing to me. I ordered the turkey bacon avocado, my husband got the prime, and my daughter got the regular blt with no tomato and add pickles. Overall, might go back and try something more complex to see if those have more of a "wow" factor.

Tried this place for the first time a few weeks ago and I’ve been back multiple times since. They have amazing paninis. Quality ingredients for all their menu items.

Good sandwich, veggies are very fresh, everything tasted good, bread was very soft and fluffy, I think it's made in store - will definitely be back for sandwiches again. I did not like the sides. We paid $4.50 to add a large side of macaroni salad and a drink to our sandwich, the macaroni is just the boxed stuff, and the size was only a condiment cup - so, get a sandwich, but skip the side of mac salad.

Ordered a French Dip Sandwich. Worst I ever had in my life. Entire Sandwich was completely soggy and greasy with butter or margarine. It was like the entire sandwich had been dunked in melted butter. Really gross. I could not even finish it. Ended up giving the rest of my sandwich to my dog. I wanted to contact store to replace it, but I ordered food just before that restaurant closed. I’ve eaten at this restaurant a couple times before when I ordered Club Sandwich and a Super Club Sandwich and they were excellent. But the French Dip sandwich was horrible.

The food is good. The customer service is constantly lacking. Either the employee is rude or doesn't engage/acts like they're annoyed you're there. I've ordered online and arrived after it was supposed to ready, and still had to wait 15 minutes.

Food was good but the bread was too soft. Bread needed to be toasted and a little pricy. Service was good but slow.

This is my new favorite lunch spot. I think I have ordered from them over 10 times in the past 2 weeks. They have some of the most amazing bread you will ever have from a sandwich shop. I asked where they source their bread from and I found out that they bake it fresh every day. The paninis and the hot subs are amazing. I can't say much for the cold subs because I've only got one once and it was okay. The heat definitely brings out more flavor and goodness in their sandwiches though. So go with the panini or hot sub. They were also recently robbed so they deserve a little love from the community if you're in the area.
