The girl with glasses and brown hair that was working at the 4:11 pm Thursday 28th shift was extremely rude. I hate that I come here and had a terrible experience with Cinnabon becauee I come here a lot. My cousin was speaking and ordering in English and the girl responded in Spanish and my cousin said oh you speak Spanish? and the Lady rudely and sarcastically answered back Nooo really and rolled her eyes. Very rude service and was not friendly.

Ordered 2 Classic Cinnamon Rolls no problem. Young lady at the counter rang me up normal. Even though her job to box up the 2 rolls is a simple one, I still proceeded to tip the establishment 18%. From being in the restaurant industry myself, I believe what goes around comes around so I usually always leave a tip whenever an option is presented to me.After being rung up, we forgot to get a drink so we proceeded to ask for 2 water cups. There’s a sign that’s says water cup 0.55 cents. Instead of using my card I pulled out a $1 for the water cups that ended up coming out to $1.10. As the young lady was still waiting for the additional .10 cents for the water cup, I asked her to take that 0.10 cents out of my tip. The tip that totalled $1.80 cents that would’ve covered both water cups with an additional tip of 0.70 cents.I had no problem paying the extra $1 for the water cups but when you are going to hassle me over the 0.10 additional cents when I already tipped the establishment for basically doing nothing is where you lost me. She told me that she cannot take the 0.10 cents remaining out of the tip I just gave. Someone in my group had a quarter and so we proceeded to pay the remaining fee with that and told her to keep the change.Furthermore as a person who values their time, I got the short end of the stick by taking the time out of my day to write this review when in reality it’s about $1 and some change.Hope whoever manages this location can have a talk with this young lady to understand the principle of where I’m coming from.

It was our first time ever at Cinnabon, and we really enjoyed it. The food was absolutely delicious, and we will definitely be back.

Far from okay service. I stood there with money in hand at one of the registers for a couple minutes while multiple employees continued to walk by and act as though they didn't see me. It was odd to say the least. There was no line and it seemed there was no dire situation everyone had to tend to either. Then someone walked up to the other end of the counter and was immediately helped. Just wondering, what I did to make them want to ignore me? I guess I will never know because I certainly didn't stick around to find out. Really could have used one of their drinks for my kid that was having a bit of a meltdown at the time but couldn't get their help. Could that have been why they chose to ignore me? I really don't have the desire to find that out anymore. But anyways it is Cinnabon so maybe it's for the best....

Obviously the food and drinks are so yummy. I'm giving 3 stars because the 2 times I have been to this location the man working made me feel like I needed to tip.

I ordered 12 cinnamon rolls, the total came out to about $40, I asked if I could get the rolls that just come out the oven. Employees said they would have to charge me $5.50 per roll, coming out to $66 before tax. I just took the cold ones. I don’t know why you cannot just give the warm ones to your paying customers.
