After being scolded for going through the drive-through to pick up a mobile order, I went inside and the customer service was cold and unwelcoming. I'm puzzled as to why picking up a mobile order in the drive-through isn't permitted but after having surgery a little accommodation would have been greatly appreciated.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE. Anybody who doesn’t want to get treated like absolute garbage should avoid ever going to this Dairy Queen. The audacity of the employees here is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced in my life. I have never felt the need to leave a survey for bad service before until this place. Every single time I come to this location, I leave upset. The way the person taking my order was speaking to me and snapped at me like I wasn’t the paying customer was NOT okay! I was so kind and simply ordered a blizzard with an add on that they didn’t have a button for supposedly, which is funny because I always order it like that? And the girl literally snapped at me several times to the point where I had to just drive off because I was so upset and in shock at her behavior. And that’s just ONE of several bad experiences I’ve had here. This location should be shut down!!! Absolutely ridiculous and super disappointed in Dairy Queen for even allowing that behavior.

Took for ever with only 3 people a head of mePerson was rude at window, when I ask for a lid because blizzard was going all over when she handed to me....then I I thanked her and told to have a nice day and she closed the window and opened and said what did you say rudely, she then said oh and closed the window.... and they did put the sauce I ask for either.....

Employees were very friendly, we had Great Grandma, Grandma and Grandpa and grand daughter all finding a sweet treat and having a good time. It's always fun to stop in and get a treat. We have also have had burgers and such. Very clean and bright inside.

The lady behind the counter didn't understand me and had the nerve to ask me to speak English, when I only speak English. She didn't tell me my burger was ready, so it sat there and by the time I got it, it was cold. I will not go back to this restaurant.

You guys have the nastiest Dairy Queen in not just auburn but the surrounding cities. The lobby smelt like mildew AND My burger bun was completely MOLDED on the bottom, you guys ( two girls on the heavier side) have terrible customer service and attitudes. I’m sorry the staff hates their jobs but keep it professional ????? wish I could give 0 stars.
I've been eating DQ over 35years. You guys need to retrain all your staff to make proper ice cream orders. All my last orders was sloppy made and nothing was good. Smh . Guess no more DQ for me. Back to basic ice cream at Safeway.

My 8 year old grandson visited this Dairy Queen with his out of town visiting Grandma and had a horrible experience. It was really sad as my grandson was telling me about his experience. They had went through the drive thru and as they left they realized they were missing his milkshake. They went into the store to get the missing milkshake and were told by the woman behind the counter that they shouldn't have drove away. The Grandma said this isn't good customer service. The Dairy Quren employee got aggressive and called the Grandma a bad name and was physically threatening. My grandson thought she called him the bad name and told me, "Grandma, I've never had anyone call me that before." This is inexcusable behavior and horrible customer service. My Grandson loves Dairy Queen but is now afraid to ever go back there again. We will find a new favorite ice cream place now.
