My two daughters and I just left ihop in Auburn. We were greeted with a great attitude from the host and then seated. We were told that our server Michelle would be with us shortly to take our orders. We were seated at 10:44am and never ordered. My daughters and I left at 11:23am and I spoke with another waitress about our experience and she apologized.

Poor managementSOME SHORT RUDE LADY WAS TOTALLY OUT OF LINE..Refused me service and refused to release my daughters check after I stated we needed the check because her Grandparent had a medical emergency..Then she states I was hostile. .I was gonna grab a pablano omelet before we headed downtown to check on my sick father down at Harborview and bring him something..I know they don't get paid much but U really need better skills to manage a restaurant..This is my 4th time in this restaurant and its always good until today..Ive never have issues at any of the other I-hop ..I was a customer and my daughter was a employee definitely room for emprovment that's why I suggested my daughter move on from this employer..She's greatful for the opportunity and wishes the others well but we feel we can do better and this establishment can improve..

Fresh (and a bit too much :P ) pancakes and omelettes for a Saturday morning breakfast. Obviously we could not finish each of our orders. Plan for a to-go early. Fresh coffee and decent service -they do get too busy so plan for some elongated stay.

I came in with my husband today for a super fast lunch and was definitely not disappointed. Our host and server Tiffany was friendly, prompt, and has a beautiful smile. The food came out very quickly and she immediately brought boxes and the check as soon as she knew we were done. Next time I'm in this area I will definitely be back!

I received fantastic food at a decent price with a rather large serving size. My experience with the service was pleasant, and it is no wonder the place is usually busy. I really do enjoy the breakfast options available, and the meal quality is really helped by the plethora of accommodations they make such as extra butter, jam, salt, etc.I did hear that someone got their card information stolen during checkout, but this has not happened to me and I wouldn't let one bad apple spoil the bunch, recommend.
