I spent 49:99$ for 2 sandwiches 12 in’ to get moldy bread ??. Very disgusting and waste of money!

Super stingy portions, and missing ingredients. Had to go back to have them remake it. Still hungry.

All the staff members look like they were ready to fight. I felt like I was on the wrong side of the tracks or something. Like I walked into a real dangerous situation. I know they deal with the homeless and some crazy people, but you have to learn to turn that on and off. I'm not saying that is what happened, but the service is real hood. The food was still good.

Clean, fast service, great sandwiches for lunch breaks. They get you in and out fast during the lunch rush so you don't spend all your break time in line.

Had excellent service and food was delicious. I drive here occasionally to pick up my online orders and haven't had any issues ever. Can't speak for the delivery service as I never have used it.

1st time having Jimmy John's and it will be the last time. Sandwiches lack meat. No special taste or quality that makes this sub place stand out.

I am from out of state and was craving a sandwich. My Sister-n-law (an Auburn local) said this place was delicious, so I ordered us all sandwiches. However, when my food arrived on the receipt was a note in bold black and red writing stating "ONLY Jimmy John's delivers Jimmy John's! NOT Door Dash!" So I called the restaurant and spoke with a lady named Kim. I expressed how this made me feel really uncomfortable to receive because not only am I from out of state, but they showed up first on my Door Dash app. She then stated that the note was written to "let us know for next time" and I said; "I wouldn't feel comfortable there being a next time after how I'm getting treated for this situation. No apology was given and no recognition or accountability for making a customer feel unwelcome and punished in a sense. I then asked for the Manager's name, I was given "Sadis" and then a slight annoyance and laugh when telling me her manager's name. I felt rushed off the phone with no further action taken. Their customer service was very unprofessional and I would NOT recommend going here. AND, they are really greedy with their meat, as it only has one thin piece and mostly lettuce and bread. I am sure there are other sandwich spots you can try with higher grade food and service. Dear Kim and the employees/managers at Jimmy John's, If you're in a bad mood, please don't take it out on us customers. Take it up with Door Dash and get your business removed from their app. To me, money is money and you should feel grateful to have Door Dash as a partner, and helping bring your franchise business!

Spent almost $60 on their food. Added 15% tip. Waited at home, watching the tracker for the "eat" portion to pop up. When it did, I went to my door: no food. Called up asking about it and was given attitude by the driver, who had "taken a picture" of the apartment door # (which there are multiple of the same number in my apartment complex--its important to look at the exterior building number). I asked if I was expected to swallow the cost of food, delivery fee, and tip--and was transferred to the manager who gave me the same information and told me that they delivered it and blamed it on someone stealing it (not potential tech issue with GPS or anything). Didn't apologize. Didn't offer a discount in future for the issue. Nothing. I will NEVER order from (or go to) this location again.Update (10 minutes after phone call): Got the gut feeling they delivered it to the wrong building. Fiance found the order at building 3821 (NOT OUR BUILDING). Even if GPS takes you there, ya know how hard it is to physically double-check the building number? Not hard. Own up to the idea of human error, using tech as a TOOL, and admitting that you are capable of making mistakes even if it is your job.

Ordered a Gargantuan. They forgot to cut it. They Immediately fixed it. One of the best tasting sandwiches I’d had in a long time. The air conditioner was blasting, which was so refreshing on that particular day when Washington was closest to the sun.Restaurant was clean, staff was friendly, looking forward to going back sometime.

I had the greatest, most heart warming experience at Jimmy John’s tonight. A older customer came into your location that was both blind and deaf. He was having a hard time finding his way to the counter, got turned around near the bathroom, and then it came time to order. The young gentleman at the counter was a pro, I would have assumed helped this customer 100 times. Using a Sharpie, a scratch piece of paper, drawing letters on his hand, and a kind human touch, his order was taken and prepared. I sat nearby watching it all unfold, and walked away from this experience in awe of what I observed. Thank you for making my sandwich, making my night, and reminding me that genuine kindness like this still exists.

Pathetic excuse for a sandwich... barely any turkey, missing my cucumbers I asked for and this is what they call extra lettuce?! Also did not receive any of the condiments we asked for nor any napkins. Regretting the cash tip I left ...I won't be coming back.. this is why I usually stick to Jersey Mike's and this just sealed the deal.
