The chicken was very dry it seems like it was just reheated. When I was eating a biscuit, the biscuit was doughy and chewy. I paid 42.00 to get a pre-warmed up half cooked meal. Very dissatisfied.

I went there at around 9:40 pm and asked for 2 famous bowls and 2 sides of Mac and cheese and then when I got them they had just put the Mac and cheese on top of my bowl and so I told them and she said oh well we don't have any chicken for the famous bowls! And her excuse was that they were closing soon? They close at 11! They can't just make some chicken? The staff seemed like they didn't care about the job at all! Everyone was on their phone! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I don’t want to say a lot but the following:-Please, please learn from me, this place is full of thieves and scammers. The cashier took my card and stayed longer. She was looking around but I had no clue why. The next day , I find out I was charged three consecutive times in addition to an increased amount from what the cost was at the first window. I am going after few minutes to talk to these thieves. I am also afraid if they are going to use my card for online purchases as well, as I experienced something like that in some other place recently. The other thing, The way she handed me the food is un professional too which tells you that they are there for different purposes (stealing) not to do their job. I never responded anything, said thank you and left. The quality of the food sucks too. Is their food the same as before? If so, I regret eating any of their stuffs in the past but I think it is changed with a new manager maybe.UpdateI went back to KFC and asked why I was charged three times for one order. Guess what, the manager come right away and refunded my money in cash and told me it is a common case in the last two, three days. Let me say this, this is a crime deliberately done by some of the staffs together with the manager. I also know some of the staffs are not part of it, for example the cashier who got shocked when I go back to get my money.They are not supposed to continue scamming people if they know their machine is not working as the manager said.No recommendations, be aware, organized scammers. I hope the owner find out and improve the situation back to the old times or continue if he is part of it.
