Its ok but horrible if you go in to order and dont use the kiosk. Its almost like they ignore people that want to order at the register. A lot of their employees are extremely rude.

We waited 25 minutes in a curbside spot after mobile ordering and ended up joining the drive thru line to get our food, we were told that since the lobby was closed they weren’t doing curbsides. To top this whole experience off, they got our order wrong — we were given another customer’s McChicken (with Mac sauce, not standard on a McChicken). Be better.

Who wants to sit uncomfortable in a restaurant while it’s cold outside and it feels no different inside this place? You guys mightest well put chairs and tables outside if you’re going to do it like
