I really want to give them 5 stars, because ultimately it was the best coffee I have ever had. But it took almost 45 minutes to get a grilled peanut butter and jelly sandwich.We ordered 3 drinks, a grilled PB&J, Ceasar wrap, and a breakfast sandwich. There was only one girl up front taking orders and making coffee, and one back in the kitchen. They were severely understaffed I’m assuming it was just a really bad day.It took over 20 minutes to get all of the drinks, all coming out at different times. The hot food sat in the window for atlease 5 minutes after it was done. The cook had to tell the girl up front to send out the food (again).They accidentally made a grilled cheese and not a PB&J. No biggie, but it took another 10-15 minutes to get my grilled peanut butter and jelly which is just crazy. We spent $58 dollars to wait 45 minutes for a grilled peanut butter and jelly. We’re from out of town or I’d love to give it another chance when I didn’t have a time constraints. This genuinely was the best coffee we ever had! I’m hoping it was just an off day, and staffing issues get resolved soon so those poor girls aren’t stuck with two of them on a Sunday morning

It shows this is the best coffee shop in Auburn. What you actually get on a Sunday morning is a huge line and ONE person taking orders and making coffee. And messing with the orders. And taking cash, and then taking your food no hand cleaning. Dust and dirt everywhere. (an exercise to the owner — lift up the rug that's on your front doorstep)And sure thing they don’t clean the tables, simply no staff is available.Not surprised, I waited for a simple breakfast for 40 minutes ?If this is the best coffee place in Auburn, it’s sad.Doesn’t make any sense how this business is still alive. I’ve been to hundreds of coffee shops around the world and this one is in the top-10-worst-service.

Good coffee shot with good food and decent coffee. I always judge based on their house drip black coffee. If you like Allota coffee this is your place. They sell a mammoth 24oz tall boy coffee.

PNW is a chill coffee shop in Auburn, wanted to get coffee before taking the bus @transit center and this one was perfect.There are food and drinks available at the store, lots of options too. I got Mocha and enjoyed my drink.There are a lot of seating options too,makes it perfect to hang out, work and study.

I ordered Early Riser breakfast menu for the first time. I should’ve checked it before I started.. ??♀️ It was so greasy and bacon was cold. The worst part these burnt pieces were at the bottom of my sandwich? I would not

The reputation given by the Auburn community doesn't do PNW Coffee CO justice, it's a relaxing and calm atmosphere, they serve excellent coffee with equally amazing barista, great coffee and food to boot.I highly recommend this cafe. ?

We live across the street and frequently come in. The owner, Kim, is a delight. The staff in general are always friendly. The place is always so clean. I love their coffee and have always had a good experience! Definitely our favorite coffee spot
