My wife and I have been going to Red Lotus Restaurant for 46 years. We have our anniversary dinner there every August 19th. Best food ever.

The Red Lotus is closed due to outside building damage. They did say when they are planning to reopen.

My parents where very frugal but when we had a special occasion, this was our go to. Haven't been here in years and went the other day. The waitress was super nice but the food was just ok. It had a hint of childhood tastebuds in it but definitely not as good as I remember. I feel bad! I'm happy they're still around but I was hoping for some melon balls in the sweet & sour sauce I remember and not just sauce that seemed like you can buy at the grocery store.

Sign said "closed til further notice". Looks like someone crashed into the entrance. So disappointed after waiting 3 years to go.

If you haven't tried their Peking Pork Belly you are missing out! They probably have the best Chinese food in this area. I've been frequenting the Red Lotus for about 40 years and although I've been to many different Chinese restaurants I always go back to Red Lotus. The waite staff is great, I'm especially happy to get Danielle, she's always been very nice and a great waitress.I'm not sure where any negative comments come from but give them a try, you'll be glad you did and don't forget to order the Pek8ng Pork Belly, yum!

I have to say this is some of the best Dine-In Chinese food around. I love eating here. They are always friendly, generous portions, and always will to make substitutions. Do to staffing issues they do close early so don't try to make it a late dinner night.

We have been going to this restaurant sense. The 1990 ish There food has gotten so bad I couldn't even get my dog to eat their bbq pork I will never go there again it's terrible. What is wrong with these owners it's not that hard to make Chinese food dam

The hot and sour soup here is SO delicious, best I have ever had. My mother in law and I come regularly and are always met with great service and quality. The server we usually have during lunch, Tonya is phenomenal and incredibly kind and it is always a joy to see her! Excellent people and even better food!

Danielle is a fabulous waitress. Wait for food wasn't long and as always it was super good. My 98 year old Mom LOVES the Sweet and Sour Chicken.

The hostest was absolutely rude. She had straight black hair with bangs and tall. She took my order forgot about me and didn't remember me or that I placed an order with her! After an hour wait for a to go order. I explained what I was waiting for again, She said they had no food but would check. She went and checked, and then sent a young man out with some food. When I got to my car I checked and realized food was missing( sweet & sour, and chow mein) I went back in to let them know, she said they needed the food, so I went to get and she followed me too my vehicle to watch me. She proceeded to say they would have to go through my food to verify by opening them and checking the contents. I expressed that if they were going to handle my food like that I would take a refund after verification. They opened each Box, two items missing. After they were done, she couldn't find my receipt for a refund , after 5 minutes she finally found it. During this whole process I witness another hostess with short, black hair make an elderly native american man that was struggling to walk get up to input numbers , instead of waiting for his family member to return and do it. I am horrified at the way I was treated and the way I seen others treated. I will never return here and management needs to teach their employees customer service.... I left here with my $ 69.00 refund and took my business to Garcia Mexican Resturant, where they were happy to assist me and have my business!

Hands down some of the best Chinese food in the region. One of the few that has Cantonese style crispy chow mein.Lovely atmosphere. They serve you free hot tea, and there's a lot of space. I've sadly never seen it crowded. But it deserves a lot more love than it seems to get.

Our family's been going to this restaurant for over 20 years and this is the first time we've been there and it was not impressive at all.I understand the shorthanded and that wasn't the problem the food was not anything like it used to be and our server was very discombobulated I'm not sure if they're paying competitive wages or what but I miss what it used to be seems like they make more business off the bar than they do the restaurant. My mom ordered a margarita very upset didn't even taste like margarita. I hope things improve for them I will come back again and try it again sometime see if things get better.

The ONLY reason gave this restaurant four stars is that the people i was with, their first date was here over 47 years ago. Food wasn't all that good, service was mediocre, the waitstaff seemed harried. Another positive is that they let us leave a bit on the late side. My order was messed up on, the pork was missing. Waitress took it away and brought it back, same plate with same food, but with a small handful of pork plopped on top of my plate. Oh, and a new fork along with my existing fork.....
