If I could do a minus stars on this, I have been a normal customer at this taco time. And use their app religiously tonight ordered food like I normally would using the app we went to go pick it up. People at the drive-through said they did not receive the order we gave them the order number gave them name it was under, and they couldn't find it there only solution was for us to call an 800 number which they did not give to us, but only told us to a number they did not try to fix the problem or Give us a refund or give us the food we had ordered didn't wanna know what we ordered. They just said they couldn't find the order and that was it. Worst customer service I have ever seen and I were used to be a regular customer here not anymore I am totally appalled. The way we were treated what happened to customer service.

I love Taco Time, but this location is really not so good. They overcook their chicken and it comes out dry. The tortilla wraps were stale, they don't put enough sauce on, and a few times I've asked for extra cheese and was charged for it and didn't get any.

Went there for the first time this past Sunday. It was very clean and the crew that were working that day Arianna, Vanessa & Avery were very friendly. It was nice to see the smiles on their faces. They all had great customer service skills!!!I will eat there again.Great experience, you don't get much of it these days but the 3 of them were great!!!Vee L.

I'm a HUGE fan of the veggie soft taco and this is the ONLY place/company I will get fast food from since it's fresh, they hire super nice people, and their packaging is compost friendly!!!!

The food is very good generally but is overpriced. The service here has also gotten noticeably worse since corporate took over! Too bad! They should go back to the franchise model and stick with what they are good at.

Mexi fries old and barely warm, lettuce was old and the flour tortilla for the burrito was dry and brittle. Probably won't be back.

This is a good go-to for a quick lunch or dinner. I like how they make most things fresh. I prefer this place over Taco Bell anytime! Much fresher and better tasting ?

Taco Time is my favorite fast food restaurant of all time. I don't go there expecting the same kind of food I would get in a Mexican restaurant but I get tacos that I absolutely love as well as yummy Mexi fries and always fresh salads. 1000 times better than Taco Bell! Yes, more expensive, but so worth it!
maybe they should get people in there that know how to get a order correct!! it really pisses me off that I go thru the drive thru and spend a ton of money to get dinner, then when I get home the order is totally effed up. I will bever go to covington taco time again, I will give my hard earned money to someone that cares about customers orders!!!

This is my spot. But this location has several issues. I wish they’d sell this location to me and I’d owner operate the heck out of this unit.1. Quality control - Every time I go in I receive a slightly different end product.2. Consistency - Pricing fluctuates depending who is working, they don’t have a screen in the drive thru so it’s hard to know until you get a receipt to know what was charged.3. Hours of operation - I know staffing is tough, however, it’s consistently closed or the dining room is closed. One day the dining room is open at 10 then two days later it opens at 11.

Love Taco Time and especially this Taco Time! The staff are always so friendly and fast and the food is always incredibly fresh! My favorite go to meal is the #3 with chicken and extra hot sauce! I also enjoy their white chicken chili and the rolled crispy Taco thingies, they're super good!

Love Taco Time, always fresh and a step up from basic fast food. I love the app, order in advance get free food. It is consistent. Generally good service, good service hard to find. However the night I was there young guy who was outstanding and did great. Friendly and fast. Great meal. Love the Mexi Platter, great deal.
