Stopped here real quick to grab a coffee and Italian soda to go. Staff was nice and knew what to do. It looked like they were also on-the-job training and getting everything done at the same time so, as a fellow barista, it was a perfect experience.

So usually I like this place. But I did realize that when they are busy, the girls don’t know how to handle that well. She made me the wrong coffee which cost double of my Americano, which I told her it’s fine she could just make me the right coffee, but doesn’t have to run the transactions again. The line was big.. but I was really specific about steam foam over my coffee and she didn’t deliver. You would think when she is remaking the right coffee for the customer she would pay attention to the specific details a second round. My six dollar Americano taste burnt, and no foam as requested. And now I know if they are busy don’t pull up.

Super cute little coffee shop in a convenient location. Highly recommended. The barista, Mira, is my favorite. Super sweet, attentive and positive. Such a refreshing change from the mediocre customer service you get from those Bigbucks coffee shops. And of course they treat my dog, so that’s important! I’ll be back for sure!
