*ENRAGED CUSTOMER* About 7:30pm Fri 3/1 My large group of coworkers came by after work today (around 3pm and stayed until 7:30pm) and enjoyed many drinks and food items. All food/drinks were delicious HOWEVER I felt terrible watching our waitress manning the bar and waiting all tables in the bar by herself while a group of about 4 very young girl employees stood by chit chatting with eachother, never lifting a finger. Nearing the end of our 4.5 hour stay, a very large (20+ people) group started filling the bar to celebrate an event of some kind, they very obviously hadnt booked the space...about 20 minutes later, the large group asked a young dark haired watress (different than our original waitress) if there was room anywhere else in the restaurant that could fit their group, she proceeded to tell them that she was trying to get us to leave so they could take our table. We literally HEARD the waitress tell this to the other group and then she came over to our table and said "let me clear some of this off your table" as though she was doing us a favor of some kind. Then a boy from this other group has the audacity to ask "Are you guys leaving soon because we want this table...no rush or anything..." I am absolutely disgusted by the behavior of this poor excuse for a waitress, prioritizing one *type* of clientele over another, making us feel like an inconvenience for the restaurant when we have just as much of a right to enjoy our experience as they do. I typically have positive experiences at the Rock -- my group of coworkers frequent this location. I know there are several employees who do bust their tail to go above and beyond for customers but this left such a bad taste in my mouth that we will likely not return.

We've loved the Rock since we moved here, but wanted to add another review because we went tonight with our two small children and they couldn't have been more accommodating. We ordered one kids pizza for our kids to share and they cut it into extra pieces to make it easier for small hands to pick up. It also came out warm, but not hot, so my kids could eat it immediately. Anyone who has small children knows how rare it can be to get food at a temperature little ones can eat immediately. We will definitely make this a family night place!

Went here today after opting not to eat at the Puyallup location due to the poor Health Inspection Report. The Lakeland Hills location was wonderful.
Love it here! The buckets are so good and the pizza is delish with a thin crust! Servers are always nice.

Was charged a couple bucks for each sauce when we used to get sauces for free when you ordered chicken tenders.The pizza, which is usually pretty good, wasn't very hot. I ordered take out. Said would be fine in 20 minutes. Got there, got pizza, pizza wasn't very hot....I had to heat the pizza up in my own oven. Very disappointed. The prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. Ib won't be ordering there anymore.

Bartender was rude. Told us to get out and waved his arms instead of communicating like a civilized adult that it was time to leave, as we were tucked in a corner and couldn't see the rest of the restaurant. Teach your yuppie staff some professionalism, I guess.
