What a gem! We lucked into a reservation on the weekend, and spent a leisurely afternoon enjoying the ambience (and delicious food and tea) in the little cottage in back of the store, all to ourselves! There was no real rush to get through the service, which was just what we needed to spend time catching up with each other. Each course was delightful and so very delicious! While I want to give kudos for this wonderful place, I worry that getting another reservation in the future might be more difficult! We loved it.

I went here while in a trip over Christmas and this was one of the highlights of my trip. Erica was so nice every time I came in to buy a cup of tea, she remembered each me time I came in and would talk to me as if I never left. It was so well priced too!! I went afternoon tea here and took my mom. the food was amazing! The pastries were so cute with a Christmas theme perfect for the holidays. The tomato soup was the best I’ve ever had hands down. The owner was so kind and taught me his secret on how he made it :). I got so much tea to take back home with me. I will for sure be going back here next time I’m in Bainbridge.

Such a delicious afternoon tea experience. Erica was an amazing host and so was carrot cake the cat. We got a variety of delicious treats and some savory cheddar/spinach tartes and tomato soup. All of the teas were delicious, and our favorites were the cherry love and fruitcake. Definitely worth every penny!!

What an absolutely magical experience! If you are visiting Bainbridge, do yourself a favor and book high tea here. The attention to detail is unmatched. The food was not only gorgeous, it was delicious. It was very obviously made with great care and love. I wish there was a cookbook I could buy to recreate this feast at home. You also need to visit the store. From the unique collection of teas, tinctures and conscious gifts; there is something for everyone. We did not want to leave and can not wait to return. Erica has created one of the most special experiences I’ve had the good fortune to attend. Such a gift.

Thank you!Placed an online order over a month ago and never got shipping confirmation and never received the order. Tried to contact through instagram, Facebook, and via phone but no one ever responded. Ship my tea or refund me!

I was looking for a black tea, jasmine and coffee beans. Strange but so tasty combo. We tasted the lemon mint (delicious), purchased black tea with jasmine and the oh so good fruit cake tea. Really appreciated the assistance and guidance we received. Sweet tea cups set available as well as other fun tea, cups and general merchandise. The cat, (Carrot Cake! I love it!) was out and about so we missed him. Great place, found it easily, not crowded or jumbled inside. You need to visit!

If you are looking for the fastest way to get into the Holiday spirit, short of the Polar Express...Holiday High Tea at the Bainbridge Apothecary and Tea Shop is it. My son and I had the most delightful time listening to Christmas music in a toasty cottage while snacking on gorgeous delectables... we truly had the best time! I got some of their proprietary Holiday tea as my "friends' gift" with festive mugs, because it makes the whole house smell like Christmas! I finally have the ambition to decorate! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you to Erika and her staff for making today such a great way to feel Christmas 2023!
Wow! What an incredible experience this place is! We celebrated my grandmothers birthday today and what a treat! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, the tea selection blew up away, and the food was stunning. The tomato bisque was the best tomato soup I’ve ever had, I desperately need the recipe! If I could give 10 stars I would. Also shoutout to carrot cake, really made this place special. 10/10

Great place for some tea and catching up with friends! My friend made reservations to have afternoon tea here. We arrived a little early, but they were very accommodating and allowed us a choice of sitting indoors in the shop or outdoors. We opted for outdoors since it was themed, private, and in a much larger space. The area was themed Alice in Wonderland and there was even some heaters provided to keep us nice and toasty in the chilly weather! The food and teas were delicious, and I appreciated that we were allowed to try so many different kinds of teas! One of this highlights was Carrot Cake, the roaming cat that snuggled up to me and hung out with us the whole time we were sitting there! Erika was very nice and accommodating and very friendly, which added to the whole experience! Erika even let us get some tea to go, on the house! which was very nice of her and I appreciated her hospitality! Definitely recommend having afternoon tea here, especially since the patio themes change!

I love a good tea party!! My lovely friends took me to Bainbridge Apothecary and Tea Shop where we spent a delightful afternoon drinking tea and eating delectable morsels. The shop is lovely and the tea room very cozy and adorable. The teas we chose were delicious and each was explained and carefully prepared. The food was wonderful as well. They served a tomato bisque that was the best I've ever eaten! A nice variety of pastries - both sweet and savory, bars, and cookies were also part of our experience. The chef, Alicia, and, Erica, our host, were knowledgeable and truly delightful. I can't wait to take my granddaughters there for an afternoon tea date. They also serve hot apple cider, cocoa, and wine for those who aren't tea drinkers. If you want a lovely afternoon with friends or family, the Bainbridge Apothecary and Tea Shop would be a perfect choice!
