I wish they'd keep orders somewhere other than the front counter. We walked in to grab our order as some man was taking our food out of the bag that had our name on it! Either use a bold market for people to read easier, or keep orders behind the counter.

Slowest service on the island. 50 min for two burgers. The workers are not changing their gloves after touching raw meat.

On our hunt for a good burger, we discovered this little place. The Hammy was a really tasty burger and the tater tots were cooked to perfection (cooked to the crispy side). The atmosphere was a bit confusing, part diner style, part "I've put all my trinkets on the shelves". Not sure what they are going for. The service was just ok. Not friendly and we had to take one of our burgers back for correction. Evidently, plain doesn't include leaving off the cheese when you order a hamburger. Cleanliness of the restaurant was very good. Would we go back again if we are in the area? Yes. The burger was that good I'd be willing to suffer the unfriendly service.
The food is not great but is good if you want some junk food that's on the healthier side and the fries are SO salty. It's pretty expensive but it's fresh so that makes up for it. the burgers are mid at best.

Im a 12 year old writing this review out of my perspective and how it went was ok so first of all me and my family went inside for lunch and ordered our food and I went to find a table and the first thing I saw was dirty and old seats with a trashy table (the seats were moveable) and the wait time took 9 minutes after that the fries were bland and the burger was good but sloppy the milkshake was the better part of the experience so I give this place a 3.6 out of 5 stars (congrats on making this far)

Always a great place to stop when in bainbridge. I love the food. I think the workers need A LOT more credit. It’s clean and great food, yet every time I’m disgusted with the customers. It’s really a fool proof ordering process and it’s not hard to wait for your order without bothering these workers who you SEE busting their butts. Maybe put up a sign next to the ordering kiosk to get the rude customers off your back? I will always pass by when I’m in the area. Thank you for multiple great meals.

I was charged for an extra side of fries, and they were all over cooked. The meat in the burgers was over cooked. I had the blue burger, and there was no blue cheese to speak of.
