I've been waiting for my food for over 10 minutes with not one person in front of me. In fact, the lady told me I was the first customer and that their grill wasn't ready to cook food and that it would be about 5 min for my order to be ready. OK, if your open for business, shouldn't you be ready to cook your food? It's now been 12 min and I'm still waiting out front for my food. Got a full refund after 17 min waiting, won't be back
Stopped in to hopefully get a peppermint blizzard. Sadly they have not arrived yet this season. However the cashier let me build my own blizzard not on the menu. Wow so cool and it was wonderful choc ice cream with liquid peanut butter and Reese cups. YUM to me!!!!Wile waiting a short time for my blizzard I looked around and was pleased to see everyone was smiling ands enjoying themselves. What a great stop ...

I am a former worker from Dairy Queen during my teen years. During the week, I often take my son to the Battle Ground Dairy Queen after he gets out of school as he’s a growing boy who loves his chicken. Anyhow, I have watched as the workers at the Battle Ground Dairy Queen have struggled due to what I assume is low staffing. Trying to stay caught up, stressed to the max, forgoing breaks sometimes I think, and receiving harassment from customers who refuse to be understanding....read full review
