We stopped in to the Menchies in Battle Ground and got froyo for the whole family. They have a good variety of froyo flavors and tons of toppings to please everyone’s taste. We will definitely be returning!

To the owned of this establishment, can we stop paying extra for the topping cups??? I'm tired of paying for plastic cups that are going to end up in the landfill. How many are used in a day??How long are "covid guidelines" going to be the reason you are still doing this?? My guess is you have an excess of those cups and want to use them up..

The staff does not provide a service - they just weight the yogurt and take your money. The payment kiosk, however, only gives options for 15, 20, or 25% tip. A tip for what? It’s self service. There is no option for “no tip.” Don’t try to shame your customers into tipping someone for service when we’re serving ourselves. Pay your staff a fair wage and stop making your customers uncomfortable!!!

Self-serve frozen yogurt with various toppings to choose from. This Menchie's location is very laid back with minimal interaction with employees. You walk in and grab your own bowl or tasting cup and fill it with any combination of flavors that you like. The pineapple tastes just like dole whip, and I think it's my new favorite flavor. Flavors rotate monthly, but there are some regular flavors that seem to stick around every month. The lone employee was very patient with us as our kids tried various flavors and then loaded up on pre-measured toppings. Pre-Covid, you would scoop toppings like cookie dough balls and cheesecake bites from a self serve area. Now, some of the larger toppings are measured into sealed plastic containers. While it does create a concerning amount of plastic waste, I appreciate that no one's hands have been in my sliced strawberries before they get on my yogurt. After you get your toppings, bring all of the yogurts in your party to the register and place them on the scale. This was really the only time we interacted with the staff. She was very friendly as she rang us up and after looking up my account she let me know I had a $5 credit on their app. There is a small, clean area with two indoor tables for eating. There are usually tables outside as well. Most people seemed to be taking their creations to-go, which left our family a quiet place for our kids. When you're done, bus your own table and you're all set!

Favorite stop for the kids. I love that they have no added sugar opinions. Only bummer is it's very limited seating!

Ice cream was delicious. But customer service sucked. The one and only employee that was working tonight had her friends come in. She would check people out and go right back to her friends at one of the tables and they were also using inappropriate language with little kids around.
